The location is fantastic—super close to the city center and easily walkable to all the main attractions in Oxford. The apartment itself was everything we needed and incredibly comfortable. It had all the amenities we could ask for, and the space was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Oxford. I stayed here with my mum and mother in law to visit my eldest daughter at Reading University. It’s a very central location within walking distance of the Oracle etc but just a few minutes from the University. The private and gated secure parking is great and the check in instructions were perfect and very easy to follow. With 3 double bedrooms and 2 spotless bathrooms, the space was perfect for us. The carpets all new, a clean and recently refurbished kitchen with everything we needed - it worked brilliantly. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Great value for money.

A very nice apartment close to center. About a ten minutes walk. A bus station close by if you prefer to take the bus. A quiet neighbourhood. Highly recommended.

We stayed for two weeks, and our family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The view from the living room is beautiful, and the kitchen is well-equipped with ample spices and utensils. Having two bathrooms was very convenient, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location is great, close to the kids' school and supermarkets. The lift and underground parking were also very convenient. We created lasting memories in the stunning city of Oxford. We are grateful to our hosts, Hannah and Jake, and consider meeting them a stroke of luck.

Great location, right on the river, and just a short walk into the centre. Two good pubs/restaurants, a coffee shop and a convenience store are just steps away. The studio is very well equipped with a new kitchen and bathroom. Tea, coffee etc are provided together with washing up stuff. The smart tv has all the standard apps loaded and ready to log into. The bathroom towels are generous in size, hot water is plentiful and the shower is fab! The studio is compact but has everything you need for a stay in Oxford. Highly recommended.

Only one word to describe our stay....fantastic!! Jenny and David were very approachable and communicative both before and during our stay. The cottage itself was perfect, very clean, had all we needed for our stay and more besides. Easy and clear check-in, with plenty of local details provided. Easy walking distance into Stow On The Wold - nearest pub is 30 seconds away!! Very reasonably priced too by comparison to local hotels which would have cost us at least double the price, if not more. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place. The kitchen was fully equipped. Good connectivity to the city center. Great for short or long stays; we stayed for one month. Emma was very attentive and helpful with any of our requests

Lovely and cosy house, nicely decorated. Comfy sitting area and bedrooms. On a quiet residential street. About a fifteen minute walk from train station, which we did as it was lovely and sunny, or there seemed to be some regular buses. Oxford has lots to do and see, good places to eat and drink within walking distance. Overall, lovely stay and would stay again if visiting Oxford.

What an amazing stay me and my friends had to celebrate a birthday. The house was beyond expectations. Absolutely beautiful. And Was bigger than we expected too! Everyone slept great and the log fire made it so cosy. We had lovely strolls through the fields to the local pub the Oxford arms which serves delicious food. Georgie and her husband Ed were so helpful and popped round as soon as we reached out to help with the fire and hot tub. Thank you for a lovely stay we can’t wait to come back!

Had a fantastic stay! We were away for work so having a place locally with a fully equipped kitchen and perfect space to relax in the lounge was exactly what we needed ☺️

We had a brilliant stay here! The house is in a perfect location to leisurely explore the Cotswolds. The village of Chipping Norton is a very short walk away and there are lovely pubs, restaurants, cafes and convenience shops there. The house itself is excellent. It was absolutely pristine! Also it was very well equipped, especially if you have children. There were lots of lovely thoughtful details too. There is not one thing I would change about it and will definitely be back. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place! We look forward to visiting again! (We were 2 couples, one with a 2 year old and the other with a 6 month old baby).

Quiet location within easy walking distance to the city centre and also bus & rail transportation. Bruce was very proactive within clear instructions and quick answers to any questions. Clean and bright with plenty of room. Very thoughtfully provided us with snacks and a bottle of wine to get our visit off to a great start. We will definitely try to book for our next visit to Oxford.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is beautiful, with lots of space and lovely furnishings. So peaceful having a cuppa in the orangery looking at the view yet just a few minutes walk from town. Really easy to get in touch with Mary who was very friendly and accommodating. We hope to return!

The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. The apartment is well stocked with additional items with all the domestic appliances needed if required. The beds are very comfortable spacious, we had no problems with the location or facilities. Excellent stay with Sarah making sure everything was OK.

This is our third time staying at Claire’s, and just like before, we had a wonderful stay. The place is absolutely pristine, with everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. We highly recommend Old Doctor’s Retreat and are very much looking forward to our next visit. K & J

Very central location, close to the station. The Airbnb was well equipped with everything we needed. There is a pub right underneath the apartment, so it can be noisy at certain times of night. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Amanda’s cottage in Stow-on-the-Wold. The cottage itself was cozy, well-presented, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable break. Stow’s charm made it the perfect base for our getaway, and we loved venturing out to nearby gems like Bourton-on-the-Water and Broadway. Bourton’s picturesque riverside setting and Broadway’s stunning high street filled with independent shops and cafes were standout moments of our trip. The rolling countryside and scenic drives between villages made the experience even more special. Amanda was a great host—friendly, responsive, and full of helpful tips. The cottage’s location made it easy to explore all the area has to offer, and we’d happily return for another visit to the beautiful Cotswolds!

Easy place to find and the location was very good. The walk to the high street was nice and the journey to town did not take too long either. The apartment is spacious and modern and the smart tv was very easy to use and connect to. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

It was great to stay at Greg’s place for a second time. AirBnB is as described. Greg is a great, friendly host who is very responsive to any questions or queries we had. We let him know one of the radiators did not work and he immediately brought over an electric heater. Highly recommend his place!

Very nice compact one bedroom flat. Within walking distance of our family who live in Watchfield. Flat contained everything you would require for your stay and was immaculate. Will definitely return

We had a very pleasant and comfortable two night stay at The Herb Garden, and my little dog thoroughly enjoyed the large garden and local field walks. The accommodation was spotless and provided everything we needed. Vanessa was very helpful by sending clear directions to the property. All in all a successful stay. We hope to visit again.
