Cottage vacation rentals in Little Torch Key

We absolutely loved this cute little house. It was very clean, very well decorated and in a peaceful little community only 30 minutes outside of key West. We loved the pool and the hot tub. The only negative thing was the house did not have heat and at one point it got down to 66° inside. luckily the host was kind enough to bring us extra blankets. I would happily stay here again, but would pick a warmer month with less wind.

If we could rate this 6+ stars out of 5, we would! Manuel was super easy to reach, he provided simple and clear instructions, the guards at the gate were easy to work with and available for 24/7 entry and check in.. the location is unbeatable for a boat owner! You dock right at your back door, clean your fish at the back door OR at the marina, immediate access to the Atlantic.. perfection. The home itself is extremely clean & beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms were all stocked with anything you’d need as well as even the laundry room! We truly felt at home but twice as relaxed! Thanks Manuel!!

Exactly as described and good location. About 30-45 minutes from Key West activities and a lot of stuff to do at the house - we loved the kayaks, bikes, and pool.

Very easy check in and check out process! Property is beautiful and well maintained. Safe and not even 1 block from the middle of duval. Walkable to pretty much anything! Would stay again

Our stay was absolutely great, exceeded all expectations. The house was clean, cozy, with gorgeous views, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything needed. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

What a great find! Everything we needed was there! Quick walk to everywhere: beach, Duval street fun, restaurants and grocery store. So glad we went with this air bnb and not the hotel we normally go to. Saved so much money. Loved the privacy!

We enjoyed our stay. Very close to Duval and southernmost point. Plenty of space for 2 couples. Enjoyed having a kitchen. Host was responsive. Had issue with front gate but it was promptly taken care of. Wish upstairs room had small set of drawers and full length mirror somewhere in house. Would rent again!

This is a gem of a place. I loved the shared courtyard! I was fortunate enough to have wonderful neighbors in the adjoining cottages. We had a lot of fun and laughs. I also loved my own little patio with the table, chairs and rocking chairs. It was incredibly peaceful. Things I shopped for: I shopped at Fausto's Food Palace and used my carry on luggage to bring everything back A bag of ice Coffee - there is a coffee maker yet there is no coffee Half and Half (my neighbors had no sugar so they bought that) Bottled water breakfast foods There is a tremendous Henckels knife that is super sharp. I was in the Royal Poinciana Cottage where the AC is in the kitchen. (Margarita Cottage has the AC in the bedroom area.) That's all well and good but it was WARM where I was sleeping. There is a very small portable fan that I put by my head. I called the management company and they kindly brought me a free standing fan which made a difference. Bring a scented candle. Enjoy yourself!

Our stay at The Osprey was incredible. The cottage looked just like the pics, light and airy in classic Key West style. The heated pool in the middle of courtyard area was such a nice amenity, and the foliage overhead was just breathtaking. Our car never left the parking spot and we were able to either walk or take the trolley everywhere we wanted to go on the island. We hope to stay here again and again!

This is my 2nd time staying at this spot and for a small group with a boat there really is no better bang for the buck. The boat ramp, dock space, and patio to watch the sunsets are amazing and super convenient to go lobster and fish. The property manager is amazing and brought us fresh towels after hours and went out of his way to make sure everything was going smooth for us while we were there. Will be staying here again until my keys lobster group gets a little bigger. Perfect spot for a small group, will be staying here again! And got a bunch of lobsters with perfect weather, couldn’t ask for a better time in the keys. Thank you sun outdoors!

Everything was exactly as expected. Unit was very close to our boat. On site boat ramp. Beautiful sunsets from the dock.

Beautiful cottage, definitely worth the stay. Lots to do in the surrounding area.

Great stay. Unit was clean and as advertised. We spent the days in Key West as it wasn’t a bad drive. Batteries were dead in both ac remotes and toilet needs flapper replaced. I know they would have been right there to correct but didn’t want to bother anyone over holidays. Would definitely stay here again

Our stay was fantastic, the host was amazing and incredibly responsive. No issues at all, however, the Vacasa utility workers have a habit of entering the back patio areas unannounced. I think just a simple initial knock at the door, and a subsequent announcement of their entry would be satisfactory. This takes nothing away from the property or the hosts themselves, I believe Vacasa is a vendor. The stay itself was absolutely amazing, think rainforest escape to a beautiful place. The vibe was immaculate and I loved the pool. Stay here if you can, it is so worth it.

We loved our time at Colony Poolside! We spent a long weekend at Colony Poolside (it was our second stay in this location). The rental was exactly like the pictures, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were even beach towels, sunblock and a workout mat. The pool was clean and quiet. Short walk to Duval and lots of great restaurants. We would highly recommend!

We cannot say enough about how wonderful this place was. Beautiful, private, yet steps from everything. Gorgeous pool as well. Can't wait to go back next year.

Had a wonderful stay. Place was peaceful and relaxing. Was located a block off Duval, but wouldn't know it by the peaceful surroundings. I would definitely stay here again when we return to Key West.

A private island with a beach. How can you beat that? Host was outstanding! I'll be back next year.
