Great location!! Spacious apartment & outdoor space! So walkable to restaurants and the river boat tour. Christina was super responsive and let us check-in early, which was greatly appreciated since we had just gotten off a long international flight. Hope to be back someday!

Lovely modern apartment right in central Christchurch! It was spacious for a couple and very clean with all the kitchen amenities needed for cooking. We would happily stay again if visiting Christchurch!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Richard’s place. Such a new modern place with quality appliances and fixtures. Easy access to all things in Christchurch area if you have a car. Quiet area, across road from Beach was a bonus. Well done on an awesome place to stay in Christchurch. Richard was very good in quick responses in communication and clear instructions as well. Excellent location and a secure carpark (which is why we initially chose it). But it is a excellent place to stay.

It is a beautiful 1 Bedbroom townhouse. All amenities is exactly as mentioned. Parking is street parking next to the townhouse. Bathroom was spotless. Only thing for us we couldn't find any C type EV charging stations near by. Most of the charging station are for tesla type charging stations. If ev cars that uses C Type chargers they must have adapter for charging.

This was the perfect place for our family given we were travellign with our dog. The place was great, well appointed and had everything we needed to attned a family Xmas. Being close to the motorway it was a breeze to get in and out of CHC so it didn't feel a million miles away. Elzabeth and Corey were super responsive and helpful and let us stay an extra night at short notice when our travel plans changed. Highly reccomended.

Kate was such an awesome host!We enjoyed our stay so much!it was great for my family! Everything was clean and orderly,bathrooms both have great water pressure and hot water!!!(major must for me!) house also warm and cosy! Kitchen great for having our Kai and big comfy beds!gardens were so amazing I’ve come home inspired for my food garden! I definitely recommend this accommodation for anyone who needs a house with children of any age as it’s safe clean warm and even has toys for young ones(something I’ve hardly come across at other air bnbs! Thank you Kate and Ash Will definitely book this house again!

Great stay for a couple of nights with our two teenagers

Loved our stay here. The house is just beautiful inside, very clean, comfy beds, and the fenced backyard was a great place for our wee girl to play. Highly recommend. We would love to stay again.

A modern, clean and spacious apartment perfect for my friend and I. We had our own room and bathroom and the washing machine, kitchen and comfortable lounge room made it a homely and convenient stay. Susan was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you we loved our stay!

A great apartment in a perfect location. Close to the centre of town with plenty of restaurants and bars within easily walkable distance. Lexia gave us comprehensive and clear instructions together with access to local info. The underground parking was easy to access and surprisingly spacious.

needed a place to stay while i was settli g a house deal and this popped up at just thr right time, awesome lication, awesome kitchen and gas stove (steaks were great on it) amazing bed and bathroom. the interior access garage was wonderful as well, the location was walking distance to the shops and mall and food places, but being down a driveway down a no exit street it was super quiet and secure and peaceful. Amazing place , thanks heaps !!!
