This place is actually better than the picture show. Very pristine and very clean. It's the perfect place for a bunch of guys who want to get together for a golf trip or something like that. Somewhat secluded, which is what I was kind of looking for. Me and my 13 other friend loved it.

What a beautiful location and such a lovely house with lovely pool and jacuzzi. We were amazed that despite the recent devastating hurricanes the property and facilities were amazing apart from a couple of things that could not be fixed in the timescales. Ari made us very aware of these things when we booked. It was just what we wanted for a few days to end our American Tour in sunny Tampa. Thank you .

Lots of different areas to hang out. Movie room was my fav and the video games. The house could be a little updated but it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks again!

Ashley’s property is beautiful and well equipped. A beautiful access to the river ( with its own dock) , park, pool & game room/ patio - this property has it all. We could not have asked for a more comfortable and peaceful/ relaxing location. Conveniently located to New Port Richey and the surrounding communities, it offers everything you could ask for on a short or extended stay on the central sun coast. Highly recommended property and host.

Beautiful place peaceful laid back neighborhood

We were 3 unrelated friends from different towns. There was a bedroom for each of us! The smallest bedroom near the largest bathroom, and the queen bedroom had 2 closets so it felt fair. No closet in the twin bedroom. A friend came over, and took a nap on the couch, so a person 5'6" or less could probably sleep fairly comfortablely on the couch. We usually double up in hotel rooms, and will probably do so in Tayana's in the future which makes this very affordable for St. Petersburg, FL. We are square dancers and spent most of our waking hours over the weekend dancing at a venue 10 minutes away. We enjoyed talking together into the wee hours of the night. It was nice having a quiet clean place to sleep and shower.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Phil's place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Phil was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, easy to get to down town areas. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Phil's property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

Taylor’s studio apartment is very clean, and cute! It’s very close to bars, restaurants, modern food court, etc. It had all the amenities one would need including coffee and a spare tooth brush…! There’s also a wonderful patio and great storage! Taylor was very friendly, communicative, and the place was super easy to find and get into. We would definitely stay here again. And we highly recommend!

Edgar’s place was perfect for us while we came for to visit our UT son for the long weekend. The location was close to the school and also his home was very clean and comfortable! Edgar was super responsive, especially when we accidentally left our AirPods behind. He quickly responded to let me know that they were found and had put them in a safe spot for our son to retrieve them. Highly recommend !

Needed a place to stay for a solo one night stay and this was a great spot. The place was just as pictured , very private and peaceful. When I arrived at the house it was easy to check in and log into the WiFi. The tv had different streaming services, but I did not use it. Has a strong AC & clean bathroom. Also, has a small kitchenette. I recommend this place for 1-2 people. I would stay here again.

Amazing lil paradise in the middle of a busy city!!! We truly enjoyed this space; it’s incredibly clean, comfortable, and private!! Everything is near.. so many yummy eating options, and the little patio right outside the door was wonderful to get some fresh air!!! The only problem we had was that the wifi didn’t work majority of our stay, but that’s not the host’s fault!!! We will definitely return 😊

The place was airy and spacious, plenty of room to spread out, we especially loved hanging out on the front porch in the morning and evening. The shower was fantastic, the bathtub big and unusual. We walked to the Dali Museum and the Pier and to Central. Also a very cute cafe just up the block next to the pond, which was also cute. I also played pickleball at crescent lake. There wasn’t a lot of space for suitcases in the bedrooms, but then there was a big dressing room in the back. The light switches were in odd places but we got used to it. Parking was tight, but we always managed a spot within a block.

Dirk & Erika are the most incredible hosts! Great local recommendations, perfect location and clean, clean, clean! Super responsive and accommodating, these are the most hospitable folks you can meet. Thanks again for the perfect stay. We'll see you again!

The pictures and description truly reflect the charm of this property. It’s an ideal spot for a couple or a family with littles. The beautiful views along with the well-maintained and clean unit make for a perfect getaway. The host was incredibly communicative and quick to address any questions I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from this host again!

We enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and comfortable. Helena welcome us and wished us well and safe travels when we departed. We would definitely stay there again.

This condo is in a great neighborhood which is wonderful to walk around and see all the history and beautiful homes. Bayshore Blvd is a stone's throw away and you can see the bay from the condo. Bella's Italian Restaurant was a very short walk and one of the best in Tampa. The beds were comfortable with only one point to be noted is in the master bedroom the shades really let in the street lights at night and the sunshine in the morning. Overall, very roomy and comfortable stay for 4 people.

We had a great time!! We will definitely stay again! We recommend the sunset bar and grill, the burgers are amazing!

We were visiting my daughter at Eckerd college and this location was great! Only 5 min from campus and 10-15 min from the beach. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Very comfortable space. Would def stay there again!

David's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location, parking was never an issue and easy access to plenty of local amenities. We would recommend David's place to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the Tampa area.

Exactly what the spirit needed! A gorgeous view of the bay, breathtaking sunsets, a warm and wonderful pool, great music and bar right outside our door and a warm and welcoming home. We had the loveliest time and would go back again and again! Check in and out was easy peasy and we had everything we needed. Gracious hosts!
