Great centrally located space. Well stocked and comfortable. A little noisy at night and unfortunately this plaza is a favorite spot for party goers to relieve themselves. Walked out several times to men peeing in the potted plants directly outside the door. The smell was pretty intense.

The apartment was very comfortable with big windows and ample natural light. The lighting at night was cozy and pleasant. The location was convenient to the metro and walkable attractions. I’d definitely stay here again.

Carolina was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early, as we landed in Lisbon in the morning, and the apartment was cleaned quickly. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet, with no crowded bars or clubs. The city center is just a 25–30 minute walk away. The apartment itself is lovely, with a stylish design and everything you need for a few days. Since the bedroom and bathroom are in the basement, there isn’t much natural light, but this wasn’t an issue for us - it helped us sleep really well. I highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely choose it again

A lovely apartment in a really convenient, central location. We were able to walk almost everywhere and access public transport in minutes. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Liliana was a wonderful host, excellent communication, and so accommodating. The information and recommendations were a great help. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect little apartment, walking distance to the city centre along the river.

It was a pleasant stay with everything. There was nothing different from the photos in the house. Our match was smooth. The location is central uber, the shop is a place where I can😎 recommend 10 minutes in Lisbon everywhere.

We stayed at Luis's place for five incredible months, and it couldn’t have been better. It was our first year as parents to our newborn, and Luis made it feel like a true home. Luis went above and beyond every step of the way. Any time we had an issue, he resolved it quickly and kindly. One unforgettable moment was when we accidentally locked ourselves out, and Luis came to our rescue immediately. The Areeiro area is fantastic: a peaceful, residential neighborhood with great restaurants, quirky shops, and a beautiful park nearby. Its central location makes getting anywhere in Lisbon quick and easy. This was, without a doubt, our best Airbnb experience. Luis’s hospitality and care made all the difference. We’ll recommend his place to everyone visiting Lisbon. Thank you, Luis, for making our stay so special!

The apartment turned out to be much bigger than in the photos! The details, lighting, decor—wow! I felt like this flat was designed as a personal home, not just as a rental. Everything was thoughtfully planned and considered. Friends warned us, ‘Don’t stay in the center, it’s noisy!’ but the soundproofing was amazing. We didn’t hear anything from the street. And just stepping onto the balcony, we could see the sea to the right! Pure delight. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, even a waffle maker. And a special mention for the host—so responsive! Nicolas answered all our questions very quickly. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

We loved our stay at the apartment. Sima was a great host from start to end. She was flexible with our check in time and was very responsive before and during the stay. The flat itself is a very nice size and is located in a very good area for transport links. There’s lots to see and do within walking distance. Overall we had a really great stay and would definitely be staying there again next time we’re on Lisbon!

Lovely spot in Alfama area with a stunning view onto river! The apartment is spacious and clean and as described. We did not use the kitchen much but seems very well equipped! The apartment otherwise had everything we needed! The apartment is in a nice peaceful area with easy connection to city centre with bus or metro (Santa Apolónia station) or walking! There are quite a few restaurants and cafes (can recommend Guadalupe!) nearby and the Panteão Nacional is around the corner! Thanks you to Teresa- she was very kind, welcoming and responsive on messages!

We had a wonderful stay here. The location, while quite touristy, is very walkable to all of the areas we wanted to explore. The unit itself was very clean, the bathroom is gorgeous! We were very comfortable here. A few nice touches including ear plugs and slippers. The couch could be slightly more comfortable but otherwise we were very happy and would certainly stay here again!

We loved our stay with Rita & Miguel! They were very communicative and accommodating. We arrived to Lisbon early in the morning before our check-in. Miguel met us to help us store our bags and let us know when we could return. They provide a large book with recommendations. We ate at three restaurants they recommended - Taberna Anti Dantas, A Cozinha and Brooklyn - and all were absolutely delicious! The location is great! It is walking distance to all the main attractions, but a little outside of the very touristy areas. The bed was comfortable.

Pedro was amazing and very accommodating. After long drive from Barcelona we arrived late and he made small snacks for us which we really appreciated. Thank You Pedro! We will defiantly stay again. Regards Lev

What a great place to stay at! Walkable to many different areas! Nice as a homebase as it is a quieter neighborhood. Great restaurants close by, walkable to Timeout Market. Comfortable apartment would stay again and recommend to friends. A little bit hard for taxi to find, not accessible for Uber. Hosts are perfect and have great communication!

Great location at the heart of Sintra. The apartment is tastefully decorated and well-furnished. Guest should be aware that there is no parking nearby during day time and that the stairs to the apartment inside the house are very steep.

Fabulous terrace to relax and chill in. Loved it! The apartment was cozy and comfortable and felt homely and secure. Great a/c and towel warmer, and filled all my needs. Location wise, close enough to downtown. In fact very central in Lisbon . It is not far from bus stops, supermarket just below and around the back, and also cheap to travel by Bolt. I would highly recommend this listing, and would be very happy to return.

The home is located in a great area of Lisboa with many dining options, coffee, shopping, pharmacies and grocery stores within a 5-min walk. As others noted, there is some noise from the local bars late at night, but it wasn't persistent and didn't keep us up thanks to the double-paned windows in the bedroom. The kitchen is well-stocked with basic cooking apparatus, oil and spices. The host provides ample detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. The layout of the apartment is great and provides nice separation from the living area and bedroom. Parking is secure and easily accessible by elevators. The host was responsive for the entire stay, starting from check-in through check-out. We would definitely stay here with our family again.

What a great location in a very nice, quiet residential area, yet so close to everything. Situated midway between downtown Lisbon and Casçais, this really is the best of both worlds. Great for exercise as the apartment is very close to the beach and coastal walkway, also close to extensive public garden areas and the historic Palácio Marquês De Pombal and associated gardens. Easy access to Lisbon and Casçais by local train (10 mins walk way), or driving via the scenic Avenida Marginal coastal road (almost as fast, and a lot calmer, than via the highway). A great spot from which to explore the Lisbon region.

This is my third time staying here. The flat is extremely convenient, being close to bus stops, a subway station, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. It is fully equipped with all the necessary furniture and appliances. Thanks to close communication with Jorge, I had a comfortable and worry-free stay this time too. I sincerely appreciate his support and hospitality. I would like to recommend this flat to everyone. I am looking forward to repeating my stay here in the near future.

Great place to stay, within great proximity to Avenida station (Metro) and then walking distance to some great brunch spots and shops for a pastel de Nata! The host was so accommodating and incredibly helpful, responding to my queries so quickly with great and useful information as well as going the extra yard with some requests before I arrived. Highly recommend this spot as it was just the ideal base to have a great time in Lisbon with a very informative and helpful host.
