Beautiful vacation home, it really lacks nothing. The small property is also very nice. We felt right at home and were able to spend our reading weekend here in a very relaxed manner. In addition, a pretty area, supermarket around the corner and very friendly hosts. Highly recommend! :)

The house is very well equipped and spacious. It offers a beautiful garden, conservatory, fireplace and sauna. Communication with Kathrin was approachable, straightforward and always timely. We felt very comfortable in the house and had a nice time. East Westphalia and the adjacent Solling are scenic and culturally very attractive and always worth a trip.

Excellent place to stay at! My parents flew from America to here for my wedding and felt incredible! Thank you so much for keeping in touch, always asking if we needed anything and responding to our questions. Thanks to you my parents had a beautiful first impression of Germany. We stayed in March 2025 for 3 nights in the suburbs and it was fantastic. Despite the "main road" location (it was less busy than some dead ends), it was quiet and idyllic. The neighbors were very friendly, the baker right around the corner and Lake Dümmer 10 min. by car. The furnishings are traditionally and quaintly selected to match the house. The two gardens were also a dream and we will miss them the most. Thank you for everything.

carsten's house is a great place to have a good time with your family. There is everything available in terms of kitchenware, games, etc. Carsten is really friendly and flexible. We felt right at home!

In Kornelia's apartment we lacked nothing. The apartment is very centrally located, but still away from the tourist crowds. Within minutes, you are both on the bathing island and on the promenade. The balcony is perfect for a meal in the fresh air. If we come back to Steinhude, we would definitely choose this apartment again!

Nice and nicely furnished apartment, with beautiful views of Bad Karlshafen. Quiet area, many hiking opportunities directly from home. Wellness around the corner (booking in advance is recommended). Recommended!

Perfect place to stay for our JGA! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic time at this place during our bachelor party! The location was great, the amenities left nothing to be desired, and everything was clean and well maintained. We were particularly enthusiastic about the spacious terrace and modern furnishings, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was extremely friendly and helpful – communication was smooth. We can absolutely recommend this accommodation and will be happy to come back!

We felt at home from the first moment. Gabriele is a very warm, flexible and helpful host. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and has a special charm. Due to the large window front, the apartment is very bright, but very cozy in combination with the furniture. The apartment was fully equipped and we didn't miss anything. We would book the apartment again at any time and recommend it to anyone looking for an Airbnb nearby.

The stay with Roman was great. The apartment is well maintained, clean in a nice quiet environment. A supermarket is right around the corner about a 1-minute walk. I can only recommend it.

The place is great as shown in the pictures. You can walk to the city and the area has been very convenient with the restaurants and shopping, and it is very clean and cozy there. Everything you need was available and the underground parking was a great extra! Highly recommended for a stay in Paderborn :)

The apartment is very large and cozy. The location is very central and yet nice and quiet, so we could sleep well. You can tell that a lot of effort has been put into making a stay enjoyable.

Fantastic stay at Katja’s place, the pictures don’t do it justice. We really appreciated all the little touches Katja and her family had put in place including lots of towels, products in the bathroom, welcome folder and more! The kitchen was better equipped than our one at home. It was lovely to meet Katja’s mum who was very welcoming. Katja was also very prompt and helpful with communication. If we’re ever in Lemgo again we would definitely stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Animals are balm for the soul! We really enjoyed our short vacation. The apartment was cozily furnished, clean and nothing was missing. For our children there were also many toys (puzzles, Duplo, books, paints, puzzles, games...). The children also felt very free outside. They were allowed to go everywhere and use all the playground equipment (swings, climbing frame, slides and trampoline). We as adults also felt very comfortable. The atmosphere of the animals and nature gave us a lot of peace and joy. We regularly petted the horses and played with the dogs and cats. The dogs obey commands, and you don't have to worry about the children. Good to know: The ceiling height was feasible for my husband for the 3 days. The apartment initially smells like a half-timbered house. Sandra was not a contact person for us. But Carsten, who was very nice. An older woman (mother?) was also present. Thanks for the wonderful time!

We were super satisfied, great apartment, and right next to it a beautiful park by the river. The city center is within easy reach.
