Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Linz-Land District

Great place for a quiet relaxing weekend. The house is clean and everything you need is there is everything you need is there. Bedding and towels are to be taken with you - this is also indicated in the advertisement. Felix also reminded us of it a few days before. In general, the communication with Felix was very good - we were unfortunately a little late on the day of arrival, but that was no problem. The sauna is small but very cozy. The view from the terrace to the horse pasture is very nice and the surrounding area is very quiet. There is also a holiday apartment and a tiny house on the property. In any case, the accommodation can be recommended.

There were 6 of us - 4 friends and 2 children - and we felt right at home immediately after arrival - the surroundings are mega beautiful, the hosts very relaxed and friendly - very pleasant atmosphere - happy to come back! Thanks to Sara!

We felt very comfortable in the house, the equipment is very good. The heating with the wood stove worked out very well and in addition there are infrared panels in the bathroom and bedroom, which is very pleasant. We also enjoyed the surroundings very much, there are many hiking routes for every level. Communication with Anita and Mathias was very kind and informative. We will be happy to come back.

We felt very welcome during New Year's Eve 2024. There are numerous nice hiking trails nearby. A great place if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

It is a very quiet environment... except for the chickens... quick response to all concerns

We had a wonderful time at Edith's place. We would have liked to have spent more time there, but we already had so many activities planned that we were only there in the evening. Very nice area for cycling, hiking or simply bathing in the Ybbs. We really enjoyed it!

Great house. All bedrooms with private shower and toilet. Large room with beautiful tiled stove and long dining table for cozy rounds. Another plus for us: the dog was able to run freely in the fenced vineyard.

We felt right at home. The whole house is very warm and lovingly furnished. Plenty of room for all six people. In the living room, a fine Swedish stove, which makes it even more cozy. We'd love to come back :)

Nice and spacious apartment, exactly right as a family.

A very nice, comfortable, spacious accommodation where you could feel at home after a short time. Also particularly noteworthy: In the fridge, two packs of fresh, large chicken eggs from our own farm awaited us.

First, communication with the host was great, response was always quick. Apartment was clean and stylish with lots of vintage articles and arts. Host was helpful, he recommended us some places and restaurants to visit. Apartment is located close to the lake, it is an excellent starting point for walking and cycling trips. We always spend our vacations on different place, but if it ever happens again to go to Gmunden I will not hesitate to contact Felix.

It was all wonderful and we would book again anytime. The coffee was especially good👍❤️😉. Monika is very open and straightforward. The apartment is well equipped.

The welcome letter on the door was especially nice. We immediately felt at home. It takes some getting used to that there is no sink in the apartment.

We were there the first week with 2 people and 2 dogs. The location is quiet and there are nice walking trails for the dogs. The apartment was great to reach. Parking is right on site. A nice, clean and well-maintained apartment with proper basic equipment in the kitchen. It's all functional and clean. A place to feel good and slow down from everyday life. 🙂

The place was great, I would even give seven stars. It was just great, it was just everything you need. The apartment is very inviting and you feel right at home, the area is very quiet and you wake up with a beautiful view of the Alps. The hosts are very accommodating and very nice.
