Perfect stay for our Christmas holiday! The house was decorated, beautiful, and very large. The kids couldn’t stay out of the pool and hot tub! Host was very very accommodating, and the location was breath taking! Id do it again in a heart beat :) very pleased.

We stayed here for our departure from Kristiansand back to Denmark. The cottage is super nice, beautiful view. We loved the jacuzzi. The house was super neat and clean. Stian made us feel very welcome and gave clear explanations of everything. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the view and the cabin a lot. Private and in nature. Also being on the boat on the lake was so relaxing. Satu described it very wel and is friendly. The little walk up to the cabine is done fast and worth it. We enjoyed the place a lot.

Patricia is really nice and responds quickly. We were concerned if we could get up the hill with snow without snow chains, but she found proactive solutions in case it should be difficult to get up (agreed with local to be able to clear snow, personally came with extra litter in case the hill was slippery). There was no problem when it came to it. There were also fine instructions before arrival to find the place and helped great with questions during the stay. The home is scenic and with the nicest view. During the winter period, there are daylight from 9 to 16, which is why we could have wished for slightly better indoor lighting. Cozy atmosphere in and around the place. The kitchen is well equipped and clean and tidy. There was soap for the kitchen, toilets and bathrooms, and whatever else you might need. Distance to shopping takes 10 minutes and Mandal is a cozy little town 20 minutes away.

Many thanks to Geirulf and his peaceful, silent and perfectly surrounded home. We enjoyed it to have a great view, every day a comming home moment and everything were it should be.

We stayed for night, waiting for the ferry to Hirtshals. We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. It's a nice flat, very clean and well equipped. The check-in easy and Arne gave us a warm welcome. We can highly recommend it.

Second time for us in this lovely cabin. We enjoyed the lake, the peace and quiet and, most of the time, the sunny weather. Not much had changed since our first visit three years ago, the nearest neighbours were very helpful with check-in and practicalities like fresh water. We lacked nothing and enjoyed our stay very much.

I booked this location on a whim as the local hotels didn’t have any availability for my duration of stay. From the booking process to checkout, my experience was excellent. Nermin is a great host, and very friendly. He was able to give me a tour of the town including the local restaurants and sightseeing locations, and was extremely responsive to any messages or questions that I sent. I would highly recommend that anyone traveling to Mandal stay here. The apartment itself is very cozy and clean, but has everything you need including a full kitchen and a washing machine should you need to do laundry. The entire town is very walkable and bikable too which is wonderful.

This place was in a great location for visiting Mandal. The bathroom is very large and functional. The organization of the living room is quite surprising, sincewe're not sure which bed to take... But it's still very pretty and comfortable! Thanks for the listing! 😊

Your stay met your expectations. Everything was good, but the patio was extra good, but lots of great flowers in a cozy environment.

Elling was a great host. We got very good information ahead of time and he came for a small visit the first night, which was very nice. The apartment was great with lovely views of the water. Clean, tidy, tidy and tidy. Reccommended highly.
