Great hosts!! Really friendly, responsive and caring! I booked this for family visiting Nottingham for the first time and I’m glad we did! My family felt right at home and were delighted with their stay! They were very comfortable staying in this private annex and really liked the homely touches and warm welcome they received from the hosts. They said they would love to stay here again :)

Perfect place to stay to visit my daughter at uni. Really clean and comfortable room. Very easy to access and come and go. Great location for town and restaurants. We were in room 4 which had quite a bit of noise from an extractor fan somewhere beyond the room, but we were able to zone it out and sleep. Had I paid more for the room I’d have been less happy. Really friendly staff at the Swan Pub when we ordered some breakfast. We look forward to staying again. Thank you.

Had a great 2 days, and the lovely large pond on the front door was so peaceful to sit out of an evening. Short walk to main town centre. Very friendly pubs. The Kinematic in the Woods is a must see. If you are into golf, the course is meant to be one of the best in the country. Stevi..

Denise was very welcoming and met me on the drive as I arrived. Denise also showed me around the property and gave me recommendations of places for food and drink. The room itself was very open and had a large bathroom to match. Outside the property it had a well kept array of flowers and a view of the sunset and sunrise. all round lovely place to stay, secluded from the local town but an easy drive from everything you would want.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Swan! It's a great location, near the station and walking distance from city centre. Had a lovely view over the marina and lots of places to eat nearby. Would recommend!

Great accommodation. Great location to explore Lincoln. Good room service and prices. Comfortable. Very convenient to have an allocated parking space that we could use a few hours before and after check in and check out.

Really pleased with our stay. Our host introduced himself shortly after we had checked in. Everything we needed was available, the place was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and in nice quite surroundings. Would certaintly return were we ever in the area in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at Victoria's Barn, the property was absolutely stunning and spacious with everything I could possibly have needed. Emma is a delightful host and was available at check in to hand over keys and show me around, to make sure I was settled. The area was quiet but close to Newark and Lincoln with lots to do nearby. I will definitely be looking to stay again, when I'm next in the area.

A privilege to stay here. We loved Honey Cottage, it surpassed our expectations. It was pristine with high quality linens and furnishings creating a very homely and welcoming feel. The grounds are immaculately maintained, the main house is stunning creating an impression of grandure on entering the gates. The beautiful kitchen was ample in crockery and basic condiments were provided. The bedroom is one of sumptuous beauty and elegance, the mattress was divine comfort. The bathroom is large and spotlessly clean It houses a fitted washing machine and has ample worktop surface. The properties oil filled radiators were very efficient The only criticism we had was the weak wifi signal which made watching TV almost impossible. However, the choice of media was extensive. We would like to commend and sincerely thank Shahida for providing such a beautiful haven, we really enjoyed our stay...in fact, it was a hard to tear my mother away as she wanted to live in Honey Cottage!

We had such a lovely stay, the studio was gorgeous and just what we needed. Marylise was really helpful and we were even able to check in early. It’s in a gorgeous location and easy walk in to the centre. Loved it x

A last minute booking for a work project and luckily there was availability. This is a beautifully appointed spacious one bedroomed home that sits behind the owners property. The furnishings and fittings are top quality and every thought has been taken to providing everything you might need. The bed is super comfy with lovely linen and pillows. The shower is great with soft towels. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you could need with lovely china and glassware. There is underfloor heating throughout. This is a peaceful, beautiful place to stay. The hostess Michelle is super friendly and helpful and is quick to welcome you and ensure you have everything you need. I will be returning outside of work for another fabulous stay.

Had an absolutely lovely stay. The cottage was incredibly clean and cozy. We had a few lovely nights where we chose to watch tv and not go out at all! The cottage was very well stocked and we felt right at home. Linens were spotless and there was great water pressure and heat. The hosts were very sweet and caring. Could not recommend this cozy place enough.

The hosts was there waiting for us at the gate's with a friendly welcoming and if im honest im not the best at meetings new people straight away, unlike my beautiful who wife who is the social butterfly out of the two of us, but straight away i felt comfortable and relaxed especially with lynda 😊 and stuart is just like me tells you what's the important things are and let's you get on with the rest no fuss perfect. Now to The cabin WOW, there's so much i could say but i would be here all day it was perfect especially for me personally, ive got 2 jobs and 3 kids ages 1-5-6 which I love to bits but this was 100% perfect for me and my wife to be together alone and relax its just right every little detail is there for us to feel like were on our first dates again and make each other happy. Thank you for a perfect break we will definitely come again .no kids lol

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying in the Studio while our new house was being finished. Our hosts, Harriet and Zaff, were very accommodating and helpful throughout. Communication was excellent and they always went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Studio itself was a delight and had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The space is very well utilised. Harriet added additional touches such as leaving us with bread and milk on arrival which was incredibly thoughtful. The local area is scenic with lots of access to different walks. The studio is situated in the vicinity of the lovely local cafes and restaurants. Harriet ensured we had the knowledge we needed to integrate seamlessly into the local area. I would highly recommend the studio for anyone looking for accommodation short or long term in this area. We will miss staying at the studio and we will miss having a cup of tea and a chat with Harriet
