Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lincoln County

Deb was very friendly and helpful from the get-go. The room is large and lovely, with an attached bathroom, a large closet, and a separate eating space for the provided breakfast. The setting in the woods was quiet and peaceful. It’s a short drive to restaurants—try the Hilltop Cafe and Bistro right in Waldport, as it offers lots of delicious options at reasonable prices. This is an all-around great Airbnb choice on the Oregon Coast!

The location right up against the dunes and a short walk to the beach was great. The house was bigger than the photos show and well stocked. Just seems a little dated and needs some maintenance but overall, we would stay here again

Kristin’s place was amazing, I loved the old home charm that they left in Mike the hardwood floors but the house has been tastefully updated. We used the house for my family of 5 and there was plenty of room that we could have had others join us. They thought of many things like hairs games, a small snack bar and throw blankets in all of the seating areas. The house was also nice and clean. I highly recommend this property to others.

This home is lovely - beautifully updated & furnished, with thoughtful touches for guests, & great ocean views. The neighborhood is quiet, with good access to the beach. The location is close to restaurants, shopping & other beach activities. We had a wonderful time, & hope to return as often as possible.

What a stay. I couldn’t recommend this place and its hosts any more enthusiastically. I wish I could keep this a secret but it would be unfair not to share with the world. They immediately made us feel like family, but not at all in an imposing way. We were given the freedom for as much or as little interaction as we wanted. The bed was so comfortable and the blankets are so soft. Everything is impeccably cleaned and the feeling is very calm. (Really nice to be backed away from the highway, as opposed to staying in a hotel right on 101.) The room and entire house are really so beautiful. There was a lot of thoughtfulness in the building process. The photos don’t do any of it justice. And the tea selection! Oh my word, the tea selection. Such a delight. All of it. This was at the very top of our list of best airbnb stays ever. Thank you, Linda and Steve! We can’t wait to see you next time!

I really enjoyed my stay at June's place in Waldport. The home is lovely and June is a caring host. Her Irish accent and hospitality adds to the experience of being a guest there feeling that one is of royalty and nobility. The home is spacious and has many beautiful features. Downstairs has tall ceilings and arched doorways, a large dining room and cozy fireplace room. The upstairs room I stayed in was large and spacious feeling with straight grain fir flooring and a large Persian rug, and has views of the bridge and river. Outside there's also a beautiful deck and view. It is a really beautiful early 1900's built estate home and property. I hope to come back regularly.

This Airbnb is a true gem! Linda and Steve were the kindest, most gracious and welcoming hosts we've ever met. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like long-lost friends. They were responsive and attentive, yet never intrusive. We also loved hearing their stories and life experiences! We appreciated the thoughtful touches, including the snacks and drinks they provided. The beautiful Airbnb is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, and was clean, spacious, and tastefully designed. The modern bathroom is spacious with a gorgeous shower. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was perfectly equipped for our needs. We loved the scenic 10-minute walk along the river to the beach and town! The location was ideal—close to all the attractions we wanted to visit, yet quiet at night. We highly recommend this Airbnb and these amazing hosts. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb and can’t wait to return on our next trip to Yachats!
