Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lincoln County

We love staying at Debra's place. It's one of our favorites. She is host that always goes above and beyond. You will wake up to peaceful forest views and to the sounds of a plethora of birds. Deb has delicious breakfast items and coffee available, which is always such a treat! She is very thoughtful and accommodating. Thank you for another amazing stay, Deb! The location right up against the dunes and a short walk to the beach was great. The house was bigger than the photos show and well stocked. Just seems a little dated and needs some maintenance but overall, we would stay here again

This was our second stay here, and again it didn’t disappoint. In fact, of the more than a dozen places we’ve stayed at on the Oregon Coast over the years this has been our favorite! The location in Waldport (conveniently in-between Newport and Yachats) is perfect. And the house itself is fantastic: cozy, clean, very comfortable, and accommodating. Brandi and Ron do an exceptional job ensuring you’ll have a memorable stay here. We can’t wait to return!

Linda and Steve’s place is easy to find in a quiet neighborhood less than a half mile from downtown Yachats and is easy to find. The room is on the ground floor and has a private entrance. (There was someone staying in the room upstairs, which has a separate entrance, and I heard the floor creak once.) The room and bathroom were lovely and well equipped, and the bed was really comfortable. I felt very welcome and would definitely stay here again!

What a great stay. From the cracklin' fire when I arrived to the sumptuous breakfast the next morning to the beautiful surroundings in her beautiful home and our enjoyable conversations made for a lovely and memorable stay. Thanks June!

This Airbnb is a true gem! Linda and Steve were the kindest, most gracious and welcoming hosts we've ever met. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like long-lost friends. They were responsive and attentive, yet never intrusive. We also loved hearing their stories and life experiences! We appreciated the thoughtful touches, including the snacks and drinks they provided. The beautiful Airbnb is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, and was clean, spacious, and tastefully designed. The modern bathroom is spacious with a gorgeous shower. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was perfectly equipped for our needs. We loved the scenic 10-minute walk along the river to the beach and town! The location was ideal—close to all the attractions we wanted to visit, yet quiet at night. We highly recommend this Airbnb and these amazing hosts. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb and can’t wait to return on our next trip to Yachats!
