Waterfront vacation rentals in Lincoln County

It was situated on a beautiful lake in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend staying at Patricia’s Airbnb. She was an excellent hostess.

We loved our stay and Jeff was amazing! It was the perfect place to stay for our few days in town. Thank you for everything and providing such a wonderful place to call home for a few days!

Rick and Judy were communicative and warm from the very beginning! There are signs posted everywhere which I especially appreciate. This place has everything! Lovely hosts, washer/dryer, dishwasher, tv, large walk-in shower, fire pit, and amazing views right on the lake with all of the toys one could ever wish for!! Rick mentioned that many people that have visited have even purchased homes and become neighbors! I believe it’s the highest amount of synergy between a guest and host that I’ve ever heard of. We hope to return in the warmer months to experience all the lake has to offer.

Wow! What an amazing experience on Lake Norman. From taking the canoe out with our pups to roasting s’more’s by the campfire, there is so much to do without needing to leave the site. Lore was one of my favorite hosts I’ve ever met. She was kind, flexible and welcoming. We appreciated the details put into the interior and exterior of the space. We felt right at home. Being from the city we walked to downtown and ate at Barrell & Fork. It was also an awesome experience! Downtown Davidson a bit north also has a cute walkable downtown. Jetton Park is a short drive with an excellent big loop to walk your dogs. Hello Sailor is another gem on the water serving local oysters. We had the best time. Lore is amazing and I hope we will be able to return in the near future. Thank you! L & K

The apartment is beautiful. We had a peaceful stay. I liked the big windows overlooking the lake. I enjoyed picnicking on the dock and kayaking around the cove.

We were there for a wedding to the Ivory Barn and the location was perfect. We loved the porch. It was ideal for what we needed.

This apartment is spacious and comfortable. Nice view and patio. Quick drive to Davidson Main Street. Close to highway. Nice touches like plenty of coffee, tea, trial size toiletries. Wi-Fi worked great. Host responded quickly and I was happy that they didn’t proactively send us a ton of messages checking on us. I also liked that check out was just lock up and leave. No list of chores. 😅 We will stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Danielle and Joe’s rental was amazing for so many reasons! Super clean, private, gorgeous views, dog friendly, felt safe and right at home! They are wonderful hosts, and their rental will be on our fave list when we come to visit friends again on Lake Norman!!

Dear Robert and Charleen, Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. The Bird House is truly a gem, and you are blessed to own it. The pictures on Airbnb do not do the house justice. As I entered on Wednesday, my breath was taken away; the views of the lake and natural light filled every room. The beauty of the natural surroundings, together with the well-thought-out interior design and appointments, made our experience one to remember. My mother and I truly had a wonderful and restful Thanksgiving. You had very clear notes regarding how to work everything (the blinds). Clearly, a lot of thought was put into what would make guests comfortable (lap blankets and a variety of lighting with dimmers), and all of the items one would use at home were in the kitchen, enabling us not to have one worry during our stay. We hope to return during warmer weather to enjoy the outdoors.

The Blue Lake House was so wonderful! Super clean and had all the amenities you would need. The welcoming pet policy and home set up to accommodate them was awesome. Totally fenced in yard with a couple toys already there and a walk down connected to the living room made for such a relaxing fun holiday. It was a palpable change from a usual Air BnB rental when bringing the fur-family. Also, y'all, they decorated the house for Christmas!! Ever so classily too. The pool table and pickleball court were a lot of fun. It was just a wonderful holiday and I couldn't recommend this AirBnB more!

McKenna was a very accommodating host, we had to change our dates a number of times and she was very helpful. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped.

This home was perfect for a cozy getaway with friends and family! The cabin was stunning- beautifully and tastefully decorated and with function in mind. The size was perfect for 8 of us as well. The living area was small in the best way: we all had room between the living room, dining room, and kitchen but we could all also see and interact with each other. The three full bathrooms was also helpful. I would absolutely come back again!

This home is beautiful, well laid out and perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of Lake Norman in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to shopping and great restaurants. Giovanni is an excellent host who responds quickly and kindly.

Beautiful home in the heart of all the Denver, NC fun. Everything you need is within a couple minutes. The house was perfect for my family (husband & 3 teenagers). Beds were comfortable and house was stocked so you can relax from the second you walk in. You can’t beat that view either!! We stayed over Christmas so I can’t imagine how wonderful it would be during the summer. Jim was a great host that was always responsive. That goes a long way!!

Actually, for the first time ever, this property was more beautiful in-person than in pictures. We were so pleased with the house - the space, the kitchen accompaniments, the gorgeous location.

the place was worth a good bit more than what we paid for. We stay in a lot of Airbnb's, I actually remodel Airbnbs. This was a great find. We will definitely recommend it and use it again if possible. some of the nicest hosts we've ever worked with.

Loved staying at this condo complex. Beautiful boardwalk on the lake that we walked on each day, close to the wedding venue we had events at and accessible to main road with plenty of restaurants and stores. Katie was very responsive as well and made the check in/check out process easy. We had a dog with us who would bark when someone was walking by outside which was out of character for him and a neighbor did submit a noise complaint. Katie was great about it, asking us to be more mindful but letting us know barking from a passerby is accepted but excessive barking won’t be if it continues. So if you plan to stay here and have a hyperactive dog, you may want to plan for how you’ll best control the situation (shut the blinds if you leave or don’t let them access the front bedroom where they can see the front walkway). Great place on the second floor with a good view from the deck. Well stocked with all the little things you might need in the kitchen, bathroom full of shampoo and body wash supplies. and all very clean. 3 big bedrooms- very comfortable! TVs in all the rooms. Nice small pool a few steps away. And a really nice restaurant on the water also a few steps away! Good stay!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

Great waterfront condo in Harborside. Tastefully decorated in light neutral colors with upgraded kitchen and furnishings. Perfect central location for exploring Lake Norman and North Charlotte. Birkdale shops and restaurants only 7 min drive. Enjoyed the patio views of harbor and walking on boardwalk.

From check in to check out, our stay was perfect. The mornings were peaceful, watching the sun rise off the lake and evenings enjoyable watching the sunset. Our son enjoyed spending his days fishing off the walking deck and the local wine bar was a must have. There was also plenty to do within a short 1 mile drive. Katie’s place was clean, well furnished, comfortable and made our holiday trip a great experience.

Katie was super responsive to messages & txt. Very proactive in communicating a wifi interruption from the carrier & providing alternative access. Super clean & comfortable unit. Good location yet quite surroundings.

Aida was extremely responsive and communicative. The location of the condo is perfect, right on Lake Norman.
