Everything was good, clean, the communication was 10/10. The only thing, the elevator runs until -2 to keep it in mind.

The depto is just as you can see in the photos, it is nice and has spectacular views. While it is very spacious and comfortable in general, I would say that the kitchen space is small and we had to take turns to use it. As for crockery, utensils and appliances it is quite complete; we cook all the homemade meals and the kitchen was very practical. The room is comfortable and cool, a little light comes in in the morning but not uncomfortable. The area is neighborhood, quiet and nice, everything you need is nearby and there are very nice areas for hiking. Something about what I read in other reviews was the issue of cleaning, the depto looks clean and it is but there are details that can be noticed such as the pet hairs on the chair, which personally does not bother me, and the crockery poorly washed, that was a little annoying since almost everything we had to wash before using it. Finishing, Alvin is very clear with the instructions and we had no problems at all.

My experience has been really excellent in the house, everything has been perfect, from communication with Mireya, very attentive to all our requirements to how the house works. Regarding the house and the surroundings, really beautiful and clean, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. I highly recommend it.

Please note: - does not have closed parking, although all cars sleep on the street, there was space so no problem - it is a very steep climb to get to or go out with elderly people or babies in cars, the area is very nice and quiet - bring provisions, not much nearby commerce, so get ready and enjoy the tranquility - check-in and departure is super comfortable and expeditious I would definitely recommend this place 😁

The house is very nice and comfortable, its distribution allows for privacy for different family groups and a large common space to share. The patio and very nice gardens, and along with the pool make a very nice space to enjoy. The location in Puchuncaví we like a lot since being a little far from Maitencillo makes it very quiet, and the climate is better since the sky clears before the coast and you enjoy the sun more, and still it is not difficult to access the nearby beaches, which allows us to combine days of pool and beach. Daniel as Host is a 7. Very attentive to all the details and I look forward to responding quickly to our inquiries.

The stay in a clear house was already perfect, super cute house and in a place surrounded by locals to stock up, minutes away from the beach by car. Mauricio and Carlos very nice and helpful, super concerned about comfort and that nothing was missing. It definitely stayed in our favorites for upcoming departures!
