We spent some incredible days, I celebrated my birthday with family and friends. The house is beautiful, many things to do, the guys spent super playing basketball, football. Jerson, Nelson, Arancely and others, were attentive to our questions and requests. Thank you very much, we are sure we will be back.

We felt super comfortable and had a great time. They have put a lot of effort and dedication into the shared pool area, den, grill area and oven. Only the furniture chair is not for sleeping as a recommendation. But outside of that A1 for a good weekend!!!!

A great place with large internal spaces and a good place to share with family and friends. The host's attention was always timely and clear. Also the people who work in the house are very helpful.

My stay in this apartment was excellent. Everything was in perfect condition and with everything you need for a comfortable stay and the building staff was very attentive. For a professional trip, I have been living 7 months in Lima in Mariana's apartment. Without hesitation, I give it 5 stars!! Before arriving in Lima, they already contacted me to make my arrival as easy as possible. Throughout the stay, both Mariana and her mother have been available to solve any inconvenience or to give me information about things I could see or do in the city. On the subject of cleanliness, the truth is that I was very surprised for good. It's definitely one of the cleanest apartments I've been to. Everything is spotless on arrival. The neighborhood is the best there is in Lima in terms of security and restaurants. Specifically, the apartment is in a quiet area of Miraflores, so there is no noise at night (the night environment area is 15-20 mins walking). Many nights I've walked back to the apartment and I haven't had any problems. The building has a 24/7 doorman In short, I recommend it 100%!

Very nice Apartment and Excellent Location!!!

It was perfect location. Next to historical and traditional streets, very unique neighborhood. Just by 10-30 minutes walk, you can see a lot of important places. Near to supermarkets and restaurant. Very vibrant. This apartment has wonderful kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need, including rice cooker. The host speaks good English, it was easy to communicate. There are many instructions that can guide you to use everything in the apartment so that you do not need to keep asking the host. Bedsheet was very clean. The apartment is bright. The hist is helpful. It is a good price for what we got. We are happy with our stay. The host is also open to feedbacks and suggestions👍🏻

A comfortable, welcome and spacious home with fantastic facilities. We loved the location, with so much to do and within walking distance of several shops, bars, and social activities. The communication with Ysa was very clear, easy and courteous, and resolved all our requests; it even allowed us to keep our luggage in the apartment after the check-out time, which was very generous. The security of having a doorman was much appreciated, and made the entrance to the property, and all hours, easy and safe. I highly recommend this apartment.

Tere is a great host, extremely available and pleasant. We spent a few nights in a good quality apartment with a very available, welcoming and pleasant staff. We were able to benefit from real attention of high quality to facilitate our departure day: they kept our luggage during the day and helped us a lot with the taxi too. Just excellent, perfect.

Our second time staying at Mildred's place, very easy to communicate with her, ideal facilities and location for our needs, supply of toiletries, water, laundry powder /facilities to have a good start to our stay. A very pleasant start and thanks again.

Natasha is spotless, the only thing a little negative is that the neighborhood is a bit noisy.

Doña Sulma was a loving person, super attentive, organized and professional. My flight was arriving at night and she waited for me at the reception to give me a tour of the apartment and make sure my arrival was comfortable. No complaints, just flattery. I hope to be soon again in Lima to stay here.
