Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Liguria

Perfect location, stones throw from the sea right in the midst of everything. Everything you could need within walking distance. Eleanor was extremely helpful, taking the time to give a quick tour of the area and highlights, giving some of her personal recommendations. The stairs to the property are indeed a challenge, however the stairs to the bedroom and balcony are worse, really challenging for any, but more so for people with perception difficulties. (leave the kitchen light on, it helps!) Having said that it was worth it for the space and views which the photographs do not do justice. We really enjoyed being in the centre of the old town. A special thank you for the sunbed specially provided. Spectacular!

Can’t say enough good things about Silvia and her beautiful apartment. Spotless. Had every imaginable amenity. And the location is terrific. Wonderful area to explore Genoa’s port area. We had wonderful meals and strolled about exploring the vibrant streets filled with so much character. And Silvia was 100% responsive. She met us upon arrival and left a bottle of bubbly for us, which was deeply appreciated.

Live like locals from next door!! right in the middle, typical functional quiet, nice decor, convenient access with elevator to the 2nd floor, great view to the adjacent mountains towards Voze, unique is the locked large car parking space close by with electric charging device (slow shop via Italian. Socket). Everything within walking distance (beach, bars, shops, restaurants, ...) As a welcome, there were 3 fresh eggs from our own chickens from the extremely nice hosts. Small place but complete with everything. Dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker are pluses. Courtesy for guests very welcome (bottles of water on arrival and breakfast offered at the bar downstairs). Great location to get around on foot and/or by train. Very pleasant sound of the sea. Very helpful and responsive host with the possibility of flexible check-in/out.

If you're looking for a quiet place to vacation, this is the place to be. The well equipped AirBnB is very clean and modern. Mattia is always available and has good tips for excursions and restaurants.

Great accommodation for quiet visitors or for a short stay. Be sure to arrive by car, as public transport in the area is not well connected. The AirBnB is beautiful with a direct view of the Castello Dei Caldera.

Cascina Distrutta is a really charming accommodation, well furnished and complete with everything. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, large bathrooms with recent sanitary ware, fireplaces that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the point of forgetting the TV. Marta has always responded quickly and has always been available for any need. For complete information, I leave some additional information that I had initially misunderstood for the benefit of those who will come to stay in the near future: the quadruple in the attic and a double room have the independent bathroom, the other two double rooms have the shared bathroom connected by an antechamber with communicating doors. The sauna (when I am writing this text) costs 30 euros per day and needs the opening and early ignition by the neighbor. A wood box for the fireplace always available from the neighbor costs 10 euros, the soap present in the bathrooms is only the washing machine without shampoo/shower

We had beautiful days and the terrace with the view we enjoyed very much in sunny warm temperatures. We would book this apartment again at any time.

It's a nice place on a busy coast but here really quiet. A bit of a walk to the beach. Back uphill. Parking is a bit difficult by car, but that gets used to. Very helpful host. Also the mother of the host is very helpful. They'll be here to help. Received fresh eggs from their hens daily. They provide quick answers to questions and give good tips about the area, travel to Genoa etc. Beautiful house, spacious and nice terrace. Peace and view of the green surroundings. Cervo is a beautiful place. I would go there again in a minute. Only point of criticism: the coastal region is very busy and cozy, but really a problem to park your car somewhere. So we mainly stayed in the immediate area of the town. Within walking distance. Tip: rent scooter And choose public transport ( to Genoa)

Incredible views from this little cottage. Looks just like the photos and host is very proactive and responsive. As others mention, it is high on the hill overlooking Lerici, so any walk back from town requires quite the hike up. Lerici is gorgeous and well worth a visit, you can walk the coast from the cottage and you'll get your 10,000 steps in - with lovely views on the way. A few things to note - the fridge is an under counter small fridge and there is no clothes washer. Wifi was fast and heat works well, although it must be "turned on" by the host.

Great house close to everything in Rapallo. If you are not used to Italian driving, it may be a little challenging to get to. We were rained it for one day and it was a very cozy place to be. The hosts are amazing-the nicest people with great recommendations. We can't wait to visit again!

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

Good host, clean place and had enough items in the kitchen to make it a comfortable stay.

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

This Airbnb is in a great location, and the surrounding area is much cleaner compared to other areas. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. Parking available as per request but you can request if your car max height 170cm. Our car is higher than that and we park the parking nearby for 25euro per day. The fully equipped kitchen and ample toiletries were much appreciated. One feature we really loved was how dark the house can get at night thanks to the window shutters, perfect for a good night's sleep. Having lifts available was also a big plus. Overall, a good stay.

very spacious bedroom and kitchen apartment. ideal for 4 people. very close to the sea and the budello reachable both in two minutes on foot. Apartment complete with everything you need, well furnished and maintained. Very attentive and responsive host in responding to messages.

We had a wonderful stay at Agnese’s apartment! The place was very nice, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Genoa. Agnese was an incredibly kind and welcoming host; she gave us plenty of great recommendations for things to do and places to eat, which made our experience even better. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

A nice place well connected to the center. There is a bike path at the entrance. There is a small garden for dogs. Filippo is a very good host. I'd love to go back.

It was a pleasure to stay at Alessandra's place. The space was very clean and easy to reach. Short distance from the center, 12 minutes walk from the train station, very close to good restaurants and very well equipped. Alessandra was very nice and responsive. It was a great reference for local restaurants. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the apartment.
