Perfect location, stones throw from the sea right in the midst of everything. Everything you could need within walking distance. Eleanor was extremely helpful, taking the time to give a quick tour of the area and highlights, giving some of her personal recommendations. The stairs to the property are indeed a challenge, however the stairs to the bedroom and balcony are worse, really challenging for any, but more so for people with perception difficulties. (leave the kitchen light on, it helps!) Having said that it was worth it for the space and views which the photographs do not do justice. We really enjoyed being in the centre of the old town. A special thank you for the sunbed specially provided. Spectacular!

Can’t say enough good things about Silvia and her beautiful apartment. Spotless. Had every imaginable amenity. And the location is terrific. Wonderful area to explore Genoa’s port area. We had wonderful meals and strolled about exploring the vibrant streets filled with so much character. And Silvia was 100% responsive. She met us upon arrival and left a bottle of bubbly for us, which was deeply appreciated.

Live like locals from next door!! right in the middle, typical functional quiet, nice decor, convenient access with elevator to the 2nd floor, great view to the adjacent mountains towards Voze, unique is the locked large car parking space close by with electric charging device (slow shop via Italian. Socket). Everything within walking distance (beach, bars, shops, restaurants, ...) As a welcome, there were 3 fresh eggs from our own chickens from the extremely nice hosts. i was in John's place for 4 days with friends, it felt like I was at home, even more, there was really everything you could need. Also ,what is important very comfortable beds with excellent mattresses and sheets that smelled clean with great fabric. Additional duvet and blankets,super. central area, I highly recommend it. Thank you John for hosting us. I forgot to arrive we found great sweets on the table.

Massimo was a wonderful host. He is very friendly and very helpful with suggesting places to eat. The apartment was nice and cozy. The location was private and peaceful, and was everything I hoped it would be. If you are looking for some peace and quiet, I would highly recommend this place!

Great house close to everything in Rapallo. If you are not used to Italian driving, it may be a little challenging to get to. We were rained it for one day and it was a very cozy place to be. The hosts are amazing-the nicest people with great recommendations. We can't wait to visit again!

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

The stay was amazing. We were very happy and felt super super comfortable. The house is beautifully situated and surrounded by viticulture, also it was super quiet which we enjoyed very much. We had great weather all week and thus also sensational views of the mountains. A dream….

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

This Airbnb is in a great location, and the surrounding area is much cleaner compared to other areas. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. Parking available as per request but you can request if your car max height 170cm. Our car is higher than that and we park the parking nearby for 25euro per day. The fully equipped kitchen and ample toiletries were much appreciated. One feature we really loved was how dark the house can get at night thanks to the window shutters, perfect for a good night's sleep. Having lifts available was also a big plus. Overall, a good stay.

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting the incredible city of Genova. Stayed here for a month and had an amazing stay. The host is very helpful, welcoming and accommodating. When I asked for a drying rack for my clothes after washing, he bought and delivered it the very next day which was very nice of him. He also gave me a solid itinerary that I could have used for my whole stay full of great local recommendations which came in very handy. The bed could be a bit more comfy and softer but was still good. The view from the window was nice and the neighborhood itself is safe even late nights, right by the main train station, and very close to the start of the old town. Can easily walk everywhere including to amazing restaurants and supermarkets. The A/C was controlled centrally so it felt a bit warm during the day and didn't cool into the early morning. The fan helped a lot so it never felt hot or uncomfortable. The house itself was clean and wifi speed is great for meetings

A nice place well connected to the center. There is a bike path at the entrance. There is a small garden for dogs. Filippo is a very good host. I'd love to go back.

It was a pleasure to stay at Alessandra's place. The space was very clean and easy to reach. Short distance from the center, 12 minutes walk from the train station, very close to good restaurants and very well equipped. Alessandra was very nice and responsive. It was a great reference for local restaurants. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the apartment.
