Our experience at the apartment was excellent. The accommodation is very cozy and functional, perfect for a couple or even a larger family. Mr. Corrado was very kind and helpful. He welcomed us very warmly on the first day of our stay and explained everything about the accommodation and the place. During the 30 days (that we stayed in the apartment), Mr. Corrado kept in touch with us to check that everything was going well during that period. In fact, our stay in Rimini was wonderful for several reasons, including the place where we stayed. We highly recommend this experience.

Luca and Luana were fantastic hosts. They gave us a selection of restaurant recommendations before we arrived and then advised us on how best to get around the city. Super responsive and kind. The apartment itself was clean and functional with just a ten minute walk into the city center. We also enjoyed watching Netflix after a busy day. Thank you.

Patti and Alessandro are excellent hosts present and clear in their communication. Their place was great, I would say a little bijou. Patti helped me with directions to the fair and I felt like a relative. I'll definitely choose your place again if I go back to Rimini.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

Simple apartment but with necessities. Well located for visiting the main places of interest in Romagna. Peter is a very welcoming and responsive host if you need anything. It offers a very convenient map for visiting the area and is a good ambassador! Great value for money.

Despite the fickle weather, we were able to enjoy the balcony! The apartment is nice and well arranged. The proximity to the beach and shops or restaurants is appreciated. Have a great sporting stay!

We stayed in this apartment for 2 days and had a great time. Already from the entrance with a nice little garden it is to be considered very cozy, as well as the apartment suitable for 2 people,modern and relaxing. My partner was thrilled at first sight! The area is very quiet and in any case it moves well. The host has to say very helpful to every question and without letting you wait a lot for an answer,whichis much appreciated. Very accurate check-in and checkout description. We had a very good time and I've already talked about it to other people, definitely to consider

We felt right at home. Barbara's apartment is beautiful, spacious, very clean and cared for down to the smallest detail. Barbara is an excellent host, who has been aware of anything we might need at all times. He has facilitated maps of the city, has given us very precise directions about public transport, has recommended restaurants in the area and suggested places to visit, and has been available at all times. Ferrara's stay has long exceeded our best expectations. 100% recommended. We will be back for sure.

An amazing house facing the sea. The beach downstairs! No danger, easy with children. A beautiful terrace and beautiful garden. This is a really nice environment. Be careful for those who want to sleep... a little noisy (bar and music until late at night but that's the price to pay to have such a beautiful house ) provide quiescent balls, which we had anticipated! Same in the morning there is the noise of those who clean the beach. Other than that, great welcome from Fabrizio and very nice seaside resort with good restaurants. A unique place! I recommend it and hope to return one day!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment and I can only share my positive experience! From the moment of booking, the owner was extremely kind. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and we were shown the apartment, which was exactly as described in the photos, if not better. The spaces were clean, well furnished and equipped with all the necessary comforts to make our stay pleasant and relaxing. The location of the apartment is ideal, located in the center a short distance from shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.

The accomodation is very nice and clean. Close to the next Metromare station and very close to the sea. Regular busses do not run in the evening so be aware you need to take Metromare or a bike, taxi or Lime. Seaview is blocked partially by trees and /or houses, so make sure to book 3rd floor room when you want to enjoy the view. Little kiosque-supermarket is directly below the house to get beverages and such. Really nice host!!

Hotel Beautiful, cared for, clean and in a very central area, we spent a week in a beautiful apartment overlooking the sea, clean and cared for in every detail. Upon arrival, Valentina was very kind in showing us both the parking and the apartment and explaining the house rules in detail. We highly recommend the property and will definitely consider another stay with them next year.

Best place for 2 family vacation. Apparent with 2 rooms and 3 bedrooms is perfect. Swimming pool is nice bonus! Just a bit colder cold be :) but ether than that all was perfect! Even safe parking included!

It was a very pleasant stay. The jacuzzi in the garden is a welcome cuddle. Being the eighth month of pregnancy, not every day we went to the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. Being in the middle of nature was relaxing. The room is comfortable, with everything you need. We'll be back again. Lorena has always responded quickly and has always been kind.
