We stayed at Podere Cerretino to celebrate our wedding with family and friends. It was the best week of our lives. Not only is the place beautiful, and the surrounds stunning, Nicola is the best air BnB host we have ever had. He went above and beyond, a lot of times without us even asking. From booking us restaurants and appointments, to connecting us with our amazing wedding planner, and booking us a pizza chef to come to the villa - the whole week was so incredible. I cannot speak highly enough about Nicola and his beautiful place. If you’re looking for a place to host a wedding, or just to relax, look no further.

Stephano and Alessandro were super friendly. They always answered right away or tried to help us when we needed something. We were astonished with their sympathy and care for us. Casa del sole is a very beautiful home, for friends, family or even a great stay for a workation. We will definitely come back :)

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful weekend in this rural location surrounded by green hills and olive trees. The place is a real paradise for those looking for relaxation and tranquility. The pool and hot tub were the icing on top, perfect for recharging. Our cat also loved the quiet atmosphere and the home. Daniele was extremely welcoming, kind and helpful (at all times!), making us feel immediately comfortable. We recommend this experience to anyone who wants to get away from the routine and enjoy a corner of peace in the middle of nature. We will definitely be back!

We really liked the quiet location and the house. This settlement with about 10 houses is located away on a mountain. The landlady was very helpful and gave us great tips. I would have liked to know in advance that the hot tub is heated, but had thought of 30 degrees in the fall rather than 18-20 degrees. Definitely too cold for me to use. My mistake, I should have asked. The apartment is well appointed, the beds comfortable, there was nothing we would have missed. There is a fantastic restaurant La Greppia nearby, which we unfortunately only discovered on the last evening. Be sure to try the regional specialty Passatelli. We'll be happy to come back, thank you very much!

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything we can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very beautiful place to recharge as a family, full of board games for children of all ages and full of books, also the outdoor games cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is extra (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama of Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great stay, thank you to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this b&b perfect for a family

Beautiful historical residence nestled in a peaceful semi rural area of Granarolo outside Faenza. For me it’s where my uncle stayed during his WW2 campaign so being able to stay there while tracing his steps was memorable. Riccardo is an amazing host, you won’t regret!

We spent New Year's Eve in a beautiful home in Fano and we can only praise this experience. The location of the house was a great strong point: located in a quiet but strategic area, it allowed us to easily reach both the historic center and the beaches. A special thank you goes to the owner, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. We were in Cattolica on the occasion of MotoGP and Cristina and her accommodation were perfect for our mini vacation. The 4 bikes available super useful for us to reach the circuit, the perfect house for 4 and equipped with every comfort, very close to the center that we reached on foot! Kind, friendly and available for everything! we will definitely be back! Thank you very much!

This place is pretty special. This is a very old home so very charming but you do have to get used to the downstairs shower (tricky regulating water temp and slow draining shower floor). The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous with the best view, I just wish it had a shower curtain so the bathtub could also easily work as a shower. We took lots of photos of the beautiful old architectural details inside the home. We spend several afternoons lazing by the gorgeous pool in the lovely outdoor space. We even used the outdoor shower a couple mornings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We could sign in to our Netflix account to watch movies on the TV in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Grotto restaurant, not too far away by car, was fabulous.

A pleasant stay in this beautiful large and comfortable house. The building was very clean, nothing was missing, in fact the host Mrs. Vanessa , made us find milk , brioches , jam. A loving person. We will definitely be back and recommend it for a nice stay in this beautiful home.

this is by far our favourite experience ever on airbnb. the place is absolutely stunning and even better than described - it had everything we needed including an amazing speaker, which definitely made our holiday to the point we didn't even leave the place other than to go to the supermarket. the kitchen is a dream with everything that cn be possibly needed to cook amazing meals and the bedroom and bed is super comfy. Marissa is such a kind and friendly host, super responsive and flexible, it made the experience absolutely memorable. we were so sad to leave, that we're already planning to come back next year.

The house is very welcoming, matches the description, and is located in a quiet green space. We found the place very tidy and clean. Inside was everything you need. Great solution even for those with one or more dogs! We'll definitely be back!

We stayed in this beautiful, independent apartment for 10 days. All the information provided by Gloria turned out to be extremely accurate. The location is strategic to enjoy both the sea and the canal port and the center of Cesenatico. The spaces in the house are very spacious and well organized. The kitchen is super well-equipped and very clean, the bathrooms look new, and the rooms are also worth a good judgment. Also available to guests are very useful bicycles, many children's books and games, towels, and beach umbrella. Unfortunately, the bad weather did not allow us to take advantage of the garden but we will definitely come back so we can try the outdoor environment. Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting Gloria in person, she still made us feel at home. Thank you very much! Nicoletta & Family
