Extremely well located and clean apartment. Check in easy and everything looks like in the photo.

Our arrival was before Christmas and the apartment was decorated for Christmas and a Christmas tree was also in the living room. We didn't expect anything so nice. We felt very comfortable right away. There is everything you need and internet worked flawlessly. Opposite the apartment is a supermarket and just around the corner is the shopping street. Host very nice and available any time. We'll be back soon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Spent New Year Eve at Fabrizio and Alberto's place and it was amazing! The apartment and hospitality was perfect, just the area was a bit unsafety at night but overall amazing!

Marco has been a great host. He picked us up at the water station and was very friendly. The house is very cozy and the location is perfect. You don't need to walk more than 15 minutes to get anywhere.

Giovanni was an excellent host, from the beginning he was very attentive and helped us every time it was necessary. The accommodation is very nice, clean and has easy access to public transportation. I recommend the accommodation without hesitation, many thanks to Giovanni for being so kind.

Caterina was a very informative host in person whilst Pietro was great to speak to online. Thankyou so much for hosting us in your beautiful home, we had the most amazing time!

Massimo was a great host, very kind and responsive, helped us with our luggage and gave us recommendations to enjoy our stay in Venice. His place was just as described, there were many great appliances, the kitchen was very functional for its size and overall very organized. Just keep in mind that Venice is a city for walking (and crossing bridges), so be prepared to go long distances while sightseeing. We thank Massimo for the hospitality.

We found the apartment to be an excellent choice, in an outstanding location, exceptionally clean, exactly as represented, with a gracious host, and very fairly priced. We would absolutely recommend Marco’s apartment to whoever seeks accommodations while in Venice. We will most definitely stay here again, the next time we return.

Michaela’s place was in a nice, quiet neighborhood out of the way of the tourist traffic but easily walkable to all of the key sites in Venice. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and we enjoyed being able to unwind on the couch at the end of the day. Michaela was very responsive and helpful - the perfect host! (One note: If you plan to use the futon as a bed, alert the host ahead of time so she can provide sheets. We were unaware of this but still had a wonderful stay!)

Spacious apartment, corresponds to photos. Convenient check-in. Fabrizio was always in touch and answered all your questions. The apartment is located 2 minutes from a bus stop and 15 minutes from Venice. The apartment was clean and had everything you could possibly need.

Pietro was a great host, really kind, helpful and provided us with some valuable hints during our stay. The place itself is on a great location, walkable distance to the city center and to the train station as well. During our whole stay we felt like home since place is really cozy with its own garage so we didn’t need to worry about our car. I can recommend Pietro’s place to anyone visiting Treviso or Venice cause it’s a great location to choose if you want to see several cities during your trip.

The apartment was very nice and 5 minutes walk from the beach. It was all exactly as described, we were not expecting any surprises. The communication with Christina was always perfect. We also particularly liked the lockable garage parking space. We highly recommend the apartment!

Everything was great ;) we felt very comfortable: whether beach, padel, tennis or a drink at the bar in the evening - the accommodation was just great for our family vacation for six.

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

Absolutely beautiful place . Everything was clean. The place was as described. Julia was very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Peaceful villa area, close to the sea, bus, supermarket, restaurant. We visited the nearby historic town of Caorle and also took advantage of a boat ride to Venice from the city of punta Sabbioni. We're so glad we chose this place and stayed with Julie. Highly recommend !! :)

Great location and nice safe place to stay in a quiet area and close to the beach. Jesolo's famous shopping street was also within minutes walking distance. Also, the very good communication with the host can be highlighted. As an example, I can mention that we needed an iron and ironing board as well as an umbrella and the host dropped it off the next day. Likewise, the ladies at the reception in the hotel (where you have to get the keys) were very nice and helpful. This hotel is also very close to the apartment. In summary, we can recommend this place.

It was beautiful at Alessandro's place. The communication was great,the description and photos corresponded to the reality. Always available,very friendly and uncomplicated . Thank you for the wonderful time with you!

Beautiful apartment with a view over the city and the beach. Easy to reach with a car and private parking space. Main street and beach within short walking distance. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and lovely terrace.
