We had an amazing stay at Carlos' villa with our group of 13 adults and 3 babies. The villa is incredibly spacious, with 12 full beds and additional sleeping options on the comfortable couches. The large garden was perfect for the kids to play in, and we thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and spacious, clean Jacuzzi. The kitchen was slightly used but very functional, offering plenty of room and every kitchen item we could possibly need to cook for our group. The barbecue area is large, though located a little far from the kitchen by the parking area. The rooftop terrace provided stunning 360° views, and the sunsets were simply beautiful. The villa is located in a peaceful, quiet area, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, which we loved. While walking to the beach is easy, having a car is ideal for reaching larger supermarkets, which are about a 13-minute drive away. Parking offers plenty of space Overall, this villa was the perfect choice for our large group. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Victoria's place. the views are beatiful, the house is very spacious for a big family/group and was very clean. the pool area is also very nice as well as the cinema area. is very well equiped -kitchen utensiles, bbq, linen, etc. the only improvement point, in our opinion, are the size of the double beds, which are a bit small for a couple :) thank you for the good time!

After a week of hotel stays it was so nice to decompress in a home and do laundry! It was just the 2 of us and the space was much more than enough. A bigger party would be very comfortable. Appreciated the welcome email which included instructions on how to use all the appliances. Request- add in a true American coffee maker. The fact that the home is completely updated added to our comfort level. There are great spaces to relax and we enjoyed what the home offered and loved the showers. This location in Central Portugal is in a sleepy hood. There is a corner market but it doesn’t offer much. Arriving late, we were able to get a few essentials for our first morning such as milk & bananas. The 2 towns we decided to day trip to were Coimbra & Aveiro. Both are approximately 1 hour away. While it was a bit farther than I hoped, it was a nice chance to see the countryside & the A17 is so easy to drive. We were quite impressed with the freeways. Would consider a return with more guests!

Excellent value.!! The buildings and surroundings on this private property are absolutely gorgeous. Everything looks exactly like in the pictures and even better. Pedro is really kind.

We had a pleasant stay in this beautiful house. Everything was perfect: the size of the spaces, the amenities, the cleanliness... and what about the view? Just splendid! Despite temperatures below 20 degrees, we took full advantage of the pool, especially since the sun was at the rendezvous. The villa is ideally located, with easy access to shops, including a Leclerc and several shopping malls nearby. There were six of us, and the generous space of the house made our stay all the more comfortable. The value is excellent, far beyond our expectations. A big thank you also for the responsiveness of the host: arriving late in Lisbon after picking up our rental car, we had forgotten to ask for the access code. Despite the late hour, we were able to get all the necessary information quickly, which shows impeccable service.

Easy to find, great location, spotless place. It reminded me of my grandmother's home :) So clean with comfortable sheets & towels. Felt very at home.

Ana is great and her place is beautiful! Easy to access the beach and restaurants around the area. I let her know that I have a one year old and she put up baby fences and a netting around the railings for extra safety! Also helpful was the crib provided. Other pros: - Place is very well stocked with good quality utensils, etc. - Nice view of the beach from one of the rooms - Great recommendations of restaurants - Quick to respond - we had a broken shutter that was fixed in a few hours. Any questions I had was immediately answered - Nice neighbor Some cons: - It might be a trait of European homes but it felt a little cramped where the rooms are - Quite a bit of stairs (for older folks)
