Nice 2-room terrace, parking, near historic center

Bright T2 not overlooked with terrace of 20 m² in the residence. Close to the historic center, opposite the CREPS, a bus stop is at the bottom of the building as well as a free access bike station and a tram stop within walking distance. Free parking available in the parking lot of the residence. There is one double bed and one fixed sofa large enough for one person under 1.80 m. Accommodation as shown in the photos. The apartment is very spacious and in excellent condition, the garage for parking the car is a real plus. Ideal location: 2 steps from the sea and shops. Very flexible check-in and checkout and quick communication with co-hosts who are very responsive. I would recommend this home ! The only downside: no chair or table in the rooms (not practical for putting down your things) and no toaster!

We had a fabulous stay at Bernard’s apartment. Its location is brilliant, right in the middle of Sète and within easy access of the beach. The apartment is lovely and with all the facilities you could wish for. Parking is a bit tricky but we always found a space. If you are planning a trip to Sète, Bernard’s apartment will be your perfect pied-a-terre. Added bonus, Carole is absolutely gorgeous and Guiness the cutest dog ever.

Very clean apartment with all the essentials for cooking. Our nights were restful thanks to the very good bedding and air conditioning. This was a wonderful holiday and stay in this fantastic apartment that completely convinced me. The pool in the garden, the sea in front of the door. Perfect hosting and communication. Emmanuelle is available and very pleasant. Nice decor, very functional single-story apartment, quality linen and amenities. Parking is a little small but it's really a plus in Palavas. The sea is very close across the street, you can see it from the living room and the large terrace. Rented in winter but I think use in summer is just as comfortable, for 2 or 4 people. I recommend it. Thanks Emmanuelle.
