We had a wonderful stay here. It looked just like the photos - clean and orderly - and the bed was comfortable. It's modern and uncluttered, and the kitchen counter is a great spot to set up your laptop and maybe have a beverage - good light in there. Communication was excellent, too. Luke provided us with a link to a feature on must-try restaurants in the area, and he gave us some helpful general tips for Portland. Folding baggage racks and closet space with hangers were provided, and there is a lovely outdoor space with a table and chairs; plus a shed should you want to store your bike or anything else. I would say for a single guest or maybe a couple looking for a simple, uncluttered place to stay while visiting, you don't need much more. Highly recommended - wouldn't hesitate to book this again in the future.

Ned and Rachael were perfect hosts! Very responsive and kind. The place was in a perfect location and very walkable to restaurants and shops.

We had a lovely time in this apartment! The neighborhood is quiet but convenient to so much that Portland has to offer. The space was cute and comfortable - perfect home base for our family of 4 while we explored town.

Very clean, easy parking and close by car to main North Conway attractions. Bed was comfortable and bathroom and kitchen were very clean and had items could use. Fire pit out back was nice to use too.

Normand and his wife were simply amazing. From the eggs and snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived to the homemade cookies on our check out. The place was very cozy and comfortable with tons of toys and games for kids and adults. Normand was very accommodating to any request and even helped me chase the puppies when they accidently got out. I would highly recommend this!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David and Kate’s. It was exactly as advertised, and it felt like a home away from home. The king-sized bed was super comfortable! The provided recommendations for local food were on point. The location was ideal for exploring coastal Maine. Would definitely recommend!

We only stayed one night because we had to pick up our son from the airport which is about 15 min from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It's close to lots of restaurants. Rudi was an excellent host and responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Valle and David were the perfect hosts and we had an amazing stay. We also got to use the hot tub which was such a treat in the cold weather. Dave and Valle went above and beyond - from leaving little chocolates treats for us to enjoy upon check-in, to very thoughtfully offering to extend our stay for a few hours until the roads cleared out from a the overnight snow storm. Charming studio in a great location. Hot tub was a nice bonus in a city environment and they did a great job providing a privacy screen. Had a minor issue needing to reset the heating unit, but Dan responded right away and it was resolved in minutes. Recommend to anyone.
