The home is in a neighborhood with a private boat ramp that is on the Rainbow River, 5 minute walk or ride to a private 3 acre park, with FREE use of the kayaks, paddle boards and tubes for the river. A golf cart is on site to tow the trailer for the kayaks down to the ramp. Fishing gear and bikes to enjoy also. No smoking, pets require preapproval and no parties please.
