Great accommodation! An entire house, well equipped, clean, kids friendly, near to super market, restaurants and near to Vatera beach as well. Hosts really friendly, welcomed us with a plate of fresh melon. We would definitely choose the same place to stay in a future trip to Mytilini island. Thank you very much, Joanna!!

Here we experienced the Turkish hospitality. Gizem welcomed us with local coffee and sweets. The apartment was spacious, light and clean. There are 2 air conditioners, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. As it was winter, we appreciated them. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The blanket was very warm so we even slept with A/C turned off. Kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet. During our stay we had just one issue. There was no hot water in the shower and the owner proposed to take shower in another apartment, on the same floor. We accepted this situation as we didn’t want, for couple of reasons, to search and change the apartment. Besides this, it was a pleasant stay. And Gizem was always there to help.

The room was very clean and welcoming. Ioannis has foreseen and equipped with everything one almost needs for a few days of stay. The location is very favorable for anyone who wants to move around the center.

A beautiful comfortable spotless house , much bigger thanit looks in the photos , in the center of Eressos , within walking distance , very quiet,with perfect room temperature (I didn't have to turn on the air conditioning) , Mrs. Mary and Mr. Cleomenes are sweet, kind and inspiring people ! It's an honor and a pleasure to meet you,thank you so much for everything , we'll see you next year in magical Eresos !!

Our stay was great! The host was very friendly and let us check in much earlier than the expected time. The house was clean and cozy. I totally recommend it.

Excellent apartment, plenty of room for 6 of us, very clean, Korhan helped us out very quickly with any queries. The apartment has terraces on 2 sides, so you can avoid the sun of you prefer, and a really good living room as well. 5 mins walk to the beach, and you can drive / take a bus ( 20 mins) to Ayvalik, an old town further along the coast well worth a visit

Very good room clean and comfortable in beautiful place, location is very central. The host was impeccable very helpful and flexible on check in - check out time. i'd love to rent it out again! Highly recommended!

Everything was very nice . The only problem was that there was no hot water in the bathroom. But we took care of it by taking water from the kitchen. It is nice to have a super 👍🏻 sufficient number of balconies and air conditioning, the location we loved.

We were very satisfied with the very caring host and the house immaculately clean and very close to the pier and restaurants. Thank you to the host also.

The apartment's balcony has a phanomenal view over the harbour and further south. Sunrise and sunset looked amazing. Everything that Mytilini has to offer is within walking distance and there are plenty parking lots within 100m at the harbour. When i needed something, the host provided it asap. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Very peaceful! The location of the house is very good, there is a market right across the street and it is very close to the bazaar and restaurants. The garden is incredibly pleasant, you can spend the whole day. The house is very adequate, almost a summer house. But most importantly Efi is an incredibly sweet person. She is extremely friendly and hospitable. She made lemonade for us with her own hands! We would definitely want to stay at Efi's house again.

The residence is very near to the sea. You can walk to the beach just in two minutes. The room was clean and the environment was not noisy. There is a park place, which can be used by the visitors. Elena is a friendly and caring host, who is ready to solve the problems it may occur. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Despoina’s place was more than we could ask for. The apartment was very cozy, clean, new and in a very good and quiet neighborhood not far from the centre and port. The home provided everything we and our baby needed. We will hopefully visit again soon.

Very relaxing, calm location. Few hundred meters from Petra center. Most days i had the pool for myself! Great when you seek a tranquil place to calm and relax. Gread advice from owner which places and restaurants to see in the zone near by. Will be back!

Great host and great location. Park a bit further out if you hire a car. There’s a free car park next to the bus stop that’s safe and about a 10 minute walk away.

He was very responsive and friendly. He checked on us often which was very kind of him. They even made ready some fruits and Ouzo Barbayannis prior our arrival. Nice move. Place is amazing. Plomari is like a gem over Mytiline’s crowdiness. Ammoudeli Beach is worth visiting and the Ammoudeli Tavern which is nearby, probably one of the bests in whole Lesvos. Both the Plomari and Andreas’ place is worth visiting again for sure.

Absolutely gorgeous, modern villa built into a cliff. Amazing views of the cliffs and ocean, and brand new, modern interiors. Penny was extremely responsive and friendly— dealing smoothly with a last minute flight delay on our end, and checking us in quickly. It’s not immediately clear from the photos (because the 2 bedrooms are similar/the same in layout and size), but there are in fact 2 full bedrooms each with their own bathroom + shower, plus a spacious living room in between with another bathroom attached. A great, spacious layout. The one thing to call out is that the road down to the villa is a bit steep, but it’s well-constructed and paved. But I’d expect something like that for such a modern villa built into a cliff with such incredible views on a Greek island. Would not hesitate to book again.
