Tropic Chic (SI!) has the atmosphere of a luxury hotel, in a private and secure area with access codes. The villa was generously stocked with everything we needed for the week (in the kitchen, bathroom and for the pool/beach). We really enjoyed the aperitif, snacks, local fruits and breakfast that were waiting for us when we entered the villa. The pool was refreshing when returning every night. Communication between Muriel and us was proactive, informative and also responsive. Feel free to book this beautiful villa. Muriel: thank you so much for a week in paradise in Guadeloupe!!!

We had a great time at the villa which was very well equipped. The arrival breakfast is a plus after a long drive. The outdoor space is nice. Located 15 minutes by car from shops, not inconvenient for us. We'll be back:-)

We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

We had a pleasant stay. Pascal hosted us very warmly and he was responsive if we had any requests. The villa is in a very good location close to everything. Great memories of our vacation. The amenities are top notch. The pool is perfect.

Simply amazing place. Beautiful villa, which besides being very clean is very functional. From the decor, to the quality of the amenities to the layout, everything is well studied and you have everything you need. Host Tessy and her husband we didn't see are very welcoming responsive and proactive, really adorable we can't do much better. We had Didier on site who takes care of the house in their absence and who is great too and is good advice on what to do or eat around and who is there to respond to the slightest request. Naturally, I highly recommend this property and these hosts.
