My stay in Paris was simply perfect thanks to this apartment! The location is fantastic, well connected to transportation and close to everything you might need. The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with all the comforts, exactly as described. A real haven of peace after a day around the city. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable experience in Paris! Sonia was an exceptional host! From the beginning she was super helpful and kind, always responding quickly to any questions. He did everything to make our stay pleasant, even allowing us to check in early, which we really appreciated. Her hospitality made the experience even more special. Thank you so much, Sonia 😊

This was one of our favourite Airbnbs. The location is superb, accommodation impeccably well described. David was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The flat is spacious and comfortable and whilst it’s bang on the centre of le marais it is on a peaceful courtyard which means lovely and quiet at night. The flat is tastefully furnished and has all the mod cons. Luggage is easy to manipulate given the small flight of stairs to the first floor. We loved our busy Parisian days ending in relaxation at the flat. We needed early access and David was a joy to deal with. The cleaner was friendly and helpful. We cannot wait to return. Beautiful apartment with an incredible rooftop and view - you can't find anything else like it in Paris. Wrapping up each night on the balcony with a bottle of wine and a view of the city - unforgettable. The neighborhood is extremely walkable, central, and packed with incredible restaurants. The passageway/market below the apartment is lively and likewise filled with places to eat and drink. Of note, the bathroom, which is private and locked for only our use, is located outside of the apartment and down the hall, so just something to be aware of. Daniela, the host, was extremely friendly with lots of great recs in the area. I can't recommend this place enough.

Perfect stay with the family, Bob and his wife are welcoming hosts. We appreciated the small touches upon arrival. The space was spotlessly clean. We'll be happy to go back.

Dear Transient Lodging Tax, smooth communication, a little further from the center, but quickly accessible by train. The place was clean, tidy, with a nice outdoor patio. I recommend.

It was an amazing apartment equipped with everything we enjoyed staying with my wife and I, it felt like we were in our own home, it is very beautiful and close to everything especially since the Arc de Triomphe is within walking distance and the Champs-Elysees is only meters away

Pedros place is VERY clean!!!!! Its soacious and veds are comfortable. Shuttle service and very close to airport. They have a restaurant downstairs so very convenient!
