Ana’s 403 apartment was exceptional! The location is perfect for walking anywhere you need to go in Puerto Morales and just a short walk to the supermarket and all the fabulous restaurants. The apartment is just as it appears in the photos…including the wonderful views from the private balcony. The rooftop pool and shared areas were great and you can get the full 360 degree view from up there. Kitchen is well stocked and the bed was super comfy! Communication with Ana was great and very quick responses. She also arranged for our airport pickup and drop off..made getting there super simple! Thanks Ana, we will be back for sure.

Perfectly located and close to everything yet still very quiet at night. Easy to walk to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Would use Mundaca again, great communication! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! It’s located into a calm residential neighborhood. We felt very safe. It’s a 10 minute drive or 30 mins walk to the central area. We enjoyed our daily walks and exploring all the cafes and restaurants along the way. Building is exactly as described. Ronaldo was very kind and proactive. We asked for beach towels and he had them promptly delivered. Instructions were easy to follow regarding check-in and entering the building. Great stress free stay. Only thing is the blinds aren’t blackout curtains and if the AC is only the light is bright so if you’re a light sleeper just be mindful to bring an eye mask. Otherwise it was great!

The host were very responsive to any questions we had. The place was beautiful and clean. The place had all the utensils and dishes we need to make a breakfast, lunch or dinner. The roof top infinity pool was clean and it had a great view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this Air Bnb to my family and friends. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable.

Lucia's place was perfect! about 10 minute walk to the ferry dock and also somewhat close to a grocery store so we could buy food to cook. She provided 3- 5 gallon jugs for drinking and cooking which was great! The laundry machine and dryer were an added bonus to wash our ocean clothes. The bedrooms were nice and roomy. This place met our needs and we felt secure with the locked gates within the complex. We missed the first night due to flights but Lucia was accommodating. She allowed us to do a late check out so that we could finish a last minute excursion. Place is a great find! We were far enough away from the bars to not have a lot of noise but close enough if we wanted to partake. Thanks Lucia! This place is a great location!

We had an incredibly relaxing stay at Casa Angelica in Playa del Secreto. The beach is very private and pristine. We loved our walks along the beach, and our swims in both the ocean and the pool just steps from condo. The condo is about a 10 minute drive from Puerto Morelos, so when we didn't feel like cooking, there were plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from. Perfectly set up for two couples, each bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom, plus another full bathroom on the main floor. Alberto and Damian were very responsive. I forgot my work laptop on site, and Cristina reached out right away to let me know they found it. She had it shipped to me right away. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and for helping out so quickly with my laptop!

Great place to call 2nd home. The layout is unique. You have a great patio kitchen and living room area on the 2nd floor. The bedrooms are on the 1st floor. There is more than enough room to make this a 2nd home for a huge family! Now the best part and to what I enjoyed the most was the swimming pool, the waterfall, the treehouse and accessibility. You are staying in Playacar a few minutes walk to fifth avenue, a stones throw from the beach, and yet so private and comfy. The A/C works great throughout the home. The wi-fi works great! The artwork is found through out the home so be ready to see some artwork not fount anywhere else in Mexico! There are 2 comfy beds and the rest were good.

Amazing location. Right between the beach and avenida 5. A wagon full of toys to take to the beach. You can sit on the balcony and watch the Playa scene go by.

Clara’s Airbnb in Cancun was an incredible experience! The house is located in a very safe area, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The space was large and beautifully designed, with a touch of nature that made it feel warm and inviting. The rooms were incredibly spacious, offering plenty of comfort and privacy. Clara was an exceptional host—always responsive and in touch to make sure we were doing okay. Her attentiveness really made a difference. This is easily one of the best Airbnbs in Cancun, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and beautiful place to stay!
