Winterdream at the lake! As a couple or with kids.

Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

The apartment for up to 6 persons is located in the castle estate, which is located in the Lavant Valley between Bad St. Leonhard and Reichenfels. At a slightly elevated spot above the valley lies the wonderful property and offers an incomparable ambience. The castle is surrounded by romantic natural ponds and orchards. The farm shop "Fischerei Zur Alten Mühle" is open every Friday.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
