Great stay with Manu and Sissi who are adorable, responsive and flexible hosts. Very clean and beautifully decorated, the house is bright, spacious and comfortable to live in. Beautiful common and private spaces in a green setting, well equipped kitchen and large enough to prepare meals together without bothering each other. Very comfortable bedding and sofas in the living room with a lovely view of the garden. In the basement, sports & leisure equipment (ping pong, foosball, darts) for fun with the family. Large operational barbecue on the terrace for the tasty sardine grills of Mercado de la Ribera de Bilbao. Interesting area for city walks, cultural visits (Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao and Peace Museum in Guernica not to be missed), swimming and hiking with spectacular viewpoints. Nearby supplies (Carrefour, Lidl 15mins drive) and delicious local pintxos! In short, a score without a downside. We recommend!!!

It was a very nice and good looking accomodation. The house was clean when we arrived. The neighbours were kind and helpful aswell. Overall a very good place to stay, would recommend!

The house is very nice, with everything you need. It was very clean and very comfortable. It is right next to Plazaola Greenway which is very nice and nice for walks. The fireplace is very nice for winter afternoons. The shame is that due to the bad weather, we were not able to use the barbecue.

great stay ideal location for the beach and the old town. everything an easy walk away.day trips to San Sebastian and Bilbao. enjoyed a great food tour and a visit to one of the cider houses.

Just spectacular. Views forever, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. For the 3 generations of our family, from age 70 to a 1 year old, we had everything we needed and more. Miguel was helpful and friendly, and the town a delight. And the local fish restaurants! 👍. A huge thank you to Miguel and his wife for having us.

Great stay, we stayed the whole family to spend Christmas together. Maddi and his family are a charm and have been super vigilant that we had no shortage of anything. A 10 out of 10.

The house is in a beautiful environment, minutes walk from the village of Otxandio, very well connected by road in either direction. The house is very well equipped, and very comfortable for a large group. The pieces were spacious and the garden very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

We spent 4 nights in San Sebastián with 3 adult children and a spouse. The home had plenty of room, was immaculately clean, and was plenty big enough for all of us. The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped. The three bathrooms were great for a large group. Two very nice outside seating areas. The onsite parking is a big plus because streetside parking in the area is very limited. On several occasions we had questions and she Rosalind responded very quickly. I have rented many Air BNBs in the US and Europe and this is at the top of the list.

This house is absolutely STUNNING! The garden is amazing, and the house feels like it has so much history. The kitchen was very well-equipped, with everything we needed for a 2-week stay. Towels and beach towels were provided, and lots of spares. The decor is so beautiful, with amazing artwork and artefacts. The furniture and beds are really comfortable and there was plenty of room for the whole family to have their own space and chill out. The only minor issue was noise but I think we were just unlucky. There was loud music for the first few nights; one neighbour spent the day strimming and leaf-blowing; another neighbour was cutting up logs with his chainsaw; there was a guy on a motorbike revving his bike up and down the road most evenings. And the machines on the beach for overnight beach cleaning! There was too much noise to have the windows open at night, so it was quite hot. But otherwise it was a fabulous holiday. Olatz is great. I would definitely come back here - thank you!

We had a great time in this place with the family. Beautiful area, very quiet. A lot of hiking trails around. We went to Otzarretako Pagadia forrest, it was stunning. Also great to chill in the garden, there is an option to have a barbecue. Not far away from Bilbao or Vitoria-Gasteiz if you'd like to explore cities.

Absolutely gorgeous place! We stayed in the house in Barrika for 5 days and it was such a great experience. Totally amazing house, wonderful host, and a super nice large pool. We were already thinking about booking it again next year - after the first day. We were 2 adults, 1 teenager and a 6-year old - and we had lots of extra space in the house. The garage is also really convenient with its entrance to the house both via the garden and directly via stairs. It was surprisingly fast to get to and from Bilbao city, too - and the airport was a very short drive. We already miss the views from the balconies, the pool and the beautiful house. Can't recommend this place enough.

This house was basically perfect! Astounding location and views. Walking path along breathtaking cliffs. House designed and furnished modern and stylish. More spacious than the photos. Super-helpful host met us to show us how to use the many amenities. We didn’t want to leave!

Honestly, we can't be happy. On arrival we were welcomed by his father Jose, and very amirably we were shown the whole house. The house was all stocked with basic necessities that we didn't have to buy. Its garden is marvellous, it offers a thousand possibilities!

Amazing home that we enjoyed as a family of my partner's 50th anniversary celebration. I would even say that the house is even better than what you can see in the listing photos, we have enjoyed the pool, the barbecue and the rest of the possibilities that the accommodation offers. Its stairs and corridors have been great entertainment for the kids, they had a great time. The spacious kitchen to be able to be comfortably prepared, the dining room very spacious to be able to enjoy meals and have the possibility to eat outside has been an important point, on Saturday it was good and we ate superbly under the electric opening and closing awnings. The large number of bedrooms and bathrooms has meant that even though it is a family celebration, we were also able to enjoy the intimacy that is sometimes needed. The upstairs reading room is one of the most special corners, due to its magnificent stained glass windows.

Perfect home and environment for a quiet weekend. A pleasure for the experience and very good treatment from Silvia, highly recommended.
