The flat was really well located and had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and there were nice touches like biscuits and umbrellas. Very easy communication with Marion. I would certainly stay here again. Perfect place for a few days in Edinburgh.

Ross`s place was excellent, it had all the amenities we needed, it`s a very cool apartment that has lots of personality, showcasing Ross`s photography and a cool assortment of cool ceramic art. Surrounded by books really helped disconnect from busy phone life. The bed was super comfortable, the living room was really cozy with the fireplace. A good location that's very walkable to all the restaurants and sight seeing locations. Whenever we had questions Ross quickly and easily responded and added lot of recommendations for places for us to try. A great place for us that we will surely book again in the future.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by Valda who showed us around the apartment and were made to feel at home. It was a really nice touch to have basic items bread, jam, milk, juice, tea and coffee provided. the kitchen is well equipped. The extra mile was providing a selection of age appropriate toys and books for our grand daughter. It was warm and comfortable. Thank you we had a very comfortable stay.

Helen was fantastic, really great host the apartment was lovely everything was clean and warm for when we arrived they also provided some suggestions on where to eat and what to do along with useful info for taxis bathroom was spotless and wonderfjl wonderful the bedroom was incredibly comfy would recommend staying there again

Paul’s place is perfect for families that want a peaceful place and enjoy the beauty of nature. The Arthur’s seat and Holyrood Palace is just around the corner.

Fantastic apartment right in the heart of Edinburgh - in easy reach of all the city has to offer. Spacious & beautifully furnished - I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit - we had a party of 6 and still found it had plenty of room to accommodate. I would certainly come back when we visit again.

Lovely apartment in heart of Bo'ness. Perfect base for us while celebrating a friend's wedding at Boness Town Hall. Michael was quick to answer questions and even set a travel cot up for our little one. Would stay again!

Great apartment location with everything you could need (especially bits in the kitchen!). Easy to get into the city centre on the no.23 bus! Would definitely stay again if coming back to Edinburgh.

We had a lovely Valentine’s weekend at Lynne’s place. The views from the castle are just breath taken and the flat is really nice and cozy. You can do pretty much everything by walking from there. We absolutely loved it!

This was a great apartment in a centrally located area. The apartment was as described and the hosts were flexible with check-in times. Susie & Amit were very friendly and even dropped off a few baked goods for us to enjoy. Overall, we had a great time in Edinburgh and I would recommend this place to all interested parties.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment, very central to the city, yet still had that private, home from home feel. Beds are super comfortable and the place was squeaky clean. Craig and Holly are fantastic and super accommodating! I couldn’t recommend them more!

We stayed at Don's for a Stag Do and it was exactly what we needed. The apartment itself is spacious and has plenty of comfortable beds. It has two good working showers and a great communal space. There was 14 of us and we never lost hot water or struggled to move around. The location of Don's apartment is ideal as its a 10 minute walk away from Princes Steet where the shops and restaurants are. Also only a 15 minute walk from the Tram Stop which is great for getting to and from Edinburgh Airport. Also 5 minutes down the road is the Grassmarket where there are plenty of bars. We also found it very handy to have a sainsburys opposite the apartment. Don was very helpful too. We asked for an early check in which Don agreed to for a small price. When we arrived Don was there to greet us and gave us useful info on the surrounding area. He was always very quick to respond to us aswell through messaging. Thanks for a great stay Don, would definitely stay again if up that way. 👍

My partner and I visited Edinburgh for the first time last week, and Dawn's place was a wonderful place to be based- our walk into town most often was via the Water of Leith, which we felt extremely lucky to be so close to. The apartment was very endearing and felt cosy and warm at the peak of winter, as well as having everything we needed. The wood burner and shower were much appreciated by us both (good water pressure is important for me haha) and we'd love to come back eventually :)

We had a super nice time. Everything was easy to reach. The apartment is super equipped, well maintained and you feel just like home. Check in with David very straightforward, host is always friendly and responds quickly. Keep it up:)

Spacious flat in a good location, few minute walk to tram stop to get to central Edinburgh. Airbnb is very clean and modern. Beds are really comfortable contrary to lots of airbnbs we have stayed at. Secure underground carpark. No issues with noise at all during our stay. Would highly recommend.

A wonderful apartment perfect for a family of 4, a home away from home. The listing is as described, it had all the space needed and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare late night suppers and a wonderful living room to chill in during the winter nights with my family… and the location, it is safe and secure, and with Morrisons just minutes away, makes getting groceries and supplies so so convenient. We had a car and parking was right at the doorstep. Botanic garden was really close by and city centre was a quick drive away. I will not hesitate to recommend this listing to anyone esp since communication with the team was seamless and if I return to Edinburgh, this will certainly be my top pick again!

Loved this spot!! Super cozy and chill, the large living room was perfect. We did forget about the 4 floors of stairs we needed to take up, and we heard some late night parties going home pretty clearly through the window facing the street. Overall a really great stay!

Fiona was an incredible host, we had an issue leaving something in the house once we’d checked out… Fiona answered the message within a minute and helped to sort the situation with ease. The house is lovely and so much better than the pictures ! A beautiful place and we will be returning !

Great apartment, very central, beautifully decorated, lovely and warm, comfy cosy bed! Was concerned about noise in street because we live in a cul de sac, but it was fine, slept well. Would happily stay there again!

Really enjoyed our time in Edinburgh in this location. A 25 min walk from Waverley through New Town to get there or a short taxi ride. We planned to go to the bakery opposite, which at the time wasn’t open on Monday or Tuesday and were amazed by a long queue on Wednesday and Thursday mornings before it had even opened. Stockbridge is only a few mins away with some great bars and restaurants and M&S Food and Sainsburys Local if you can’t find what you need in the local store. We caught the bus to Leith which was really easy with the bus stop very near by. The flat was cosy and easy to find and as described.
