Distance to the city center by car or train about 10 minutes. Leisure activities nearby: Tennis courts, swimming pool (from September to May), car cinema, Monument to the Battle of the Nations and parks.

You'll love my accommodation because of the lively surroundings, the great pubs and bars and the connection to public transport. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers adventurers, business travelers and families. Children are welcome with me. Since 04/01/23, the City of Leipzig has levied the accommodation tax (5%). This must be paid locally.

The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and up to 1 child. Possibly up to 4 adults after consultation

TV with freely available programs via DVB-T2. Free WiFi. Pets on request. A guest tax for adults of 5% of the overnight price is payable separately.
