The stay at Villa Kitzlein was everything as shown and described in the picture. There were enough utensils in the kitchen to prepare delicious food and the hot tub, sauna and ice bath was just amazing. Definitely a recommendation:)

Spontaneously booked for a "little break" and get exactly that. The accommodation is cozy and modernly furnished. There's nothing missing. Communication with the hosts was also great. We are happy to recommend!

We had a nice and quite stay

Everything went very well during our stay at Petra's. He is a very welcoming and sunny person, available and respectful, whom we recommend to other guests. Check-in went smoothly (Petra was very flexible). The apartment is comfortable, clean, bright, quiet and overlooks a pleasant terrace and a lovely garden. There are all the useful utensils for cooking. The wifi connection was at times faulty, but the connection with nature is very present :) In a few minutes you are in the forest. Nearby there is also a supermarket and the shops of the city center. We highly recommend Petra's place and will definitely come back.

Amazing host and great Place

Very nice house, with great furniture and general equipment. The homeowner Evi is super friendly and nice. Can only recommend. I would definitely book another place with Evi.

The place was sparkling clean and just as beautiful as the photos. We felt very comfortable with six adults, two toddlers and a dog. The contact with Marianne was very pleasant and we were even able to check in a few hours earlier on the day of arrival. We had a great weekend and will be happy to come back!

my sister and I spent a weekend with our dogs there. Very nice, uncomplicated welcome. Very warm. We felt very comfortable in the house. It is a very cute wooden cottage, very lovingly decorated and decorated. Everything you need is there. We had very nice hours on the small but very cozy terrace. Our dogs also had fun in the small garden. We also enjoyed the campsite very much. In the area was a swimming lake, an anglersee, and the Iller. We took long walks here. The Greek on the square is very very good. Food was very good, large portions and very friendly staff. We will definitely be back !

Underrated airbnb! Our family of five had an absolute blast at Roswhita place. The entire place is so well put together that we wish to replicate it at our place down under. From the unbelievably well kitted out kitchen to the comfy sofas, to the Wii (such a clever move), to the clean Lego, room specific underfloor heating, comfortable beds, gorgeous views of the endless enormous windows... such a cozy home. Impeccable. The location? a quiet town with classic German B roads that were Disney looking in winter. The perfect location to relax, truly feel at home and be relatively close to Legoland, Munich, thermal swimming, etc... We will be back 😊.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. It is fully furnished so you feel right at home. Communication with Sonja was easy and fast. Thank you so much for a great 6 weeks! However, the car is an advantage, since Bad Überkingen is a little off the beaten path and the internet is generally weak in Bad Überkingen. We felt very comfortable with Sonja and are always happy to come back.

The stay was during Christmas and New Year; Christian and his family went above and beyond as hosts, were very kind and helpful, and spoke German and English. I recommend places to visit during your stay; public transport is perfect for supermarket shopping and surrounding areas of interest. A thermal spa is nearby, and there are excellent local hiking trails. This Air BnB has all the modern conveniences: a lounge, sofa, TV area, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and bedroom. The place has extra beds if need be. Suppose you're after a quiet place with stunning natural beauty and cave systems with boutique shops and restaurants. I recommend it 100 %, and you will enjoy your stay. There is parking if you come by car or bike. Five Star Rating.
