Vacation rentals with a patio in Leicestershire

I told Craig that I have heavy bags and he kindly offered to help me since there’s a few steps up to the apartment. He even came by and helped me with my heavy bags again and took me to the train station. The place fits two perfectly and it was very cozy and warm. Craig always answered my questions and replied to my emails. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe and I like that it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Almost everything is close by; restaurants, groceries, shopping, etc. Thank you so much Craig.

I had an excellent short break in Richard’s beautiful studio Airbnb. It was an absolute joy - the studio was spotlessly clean, cosy & warm - just wish I could have stayed longer.

This was a repeat visit for us, as it has everything we needed and is close to HPP. There was quite a bit of noise from upstairs on the Sunday evening when we arrived, but we didn't notice it after that. Overall very happy.

I found the apartment more than I expected, very nice place to stay. Dominic was a very good host, very friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay there again, good value for money

Had a great stay for one night here, very quick response, very welcoming owner who meets and greets, gives you the wonderful feeling that the place is "yours" for the duration of your stay, and a great apartment to boot. I'll be coming back sometime and would probably share a beer with the guy next time, so friendly and down to Earth he is. 6 stars out of 5.

I was working in Derby throughout November and December and this was the perfect place to stay. Warm, clean, tidy and with lots of extra little touches (like a Christmas tree, a box of biscuits, milk and eggs) that really made it feel like home. The surroundings are beautiful but the city was only a 15 minute drive away and very accessible by car, which was ideal. Daniel was very responsive and sorted anything we messaged about. Would definitely recommend

The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Wakene’s home. The house was very clean and comfortable. Check-in with the lock box was handy for us with a few kids in tow - timings are always hard to predict! Wakene was also proactive in messaging to confirm check-in details and to ask if we had any queries. A table and chairs would have been great in the kitchen, but admittedly the house was exactly as described.

We couldn't have asked for a better host in Carly. From the get go, she was super responsive, friendly and accommodating. We only stayed for one night but her home had everything my partner and friends needed. We stayed in the ensuite bedroom and the bed was so comfortable. Carly really was a dream host and I highly recommended her place if you're staying in Market Harborough.

Great stay once again in this wonderful home, and we'll be back again in the future. Highly recommended

This is an absolute gem of a house. beautifully decorated, wood floors, great kitchen. Like a country cottage. Gillian is an absolute pleasure to deal with. the location is fantastic, less than 10.mins to the shopping centre in town, but loads of local pubs too. 2 mins walk from the train station. Highly, Highly recommended.

Very clean and nice house, the surrounding environment is also good, there are small squirrels downstairs, there are some difficulties when checking in, the host spent a lot of time patiently with us. Thank you very much.

A lovely penthouse apartment ideally situated just 2mins walk to the town centre for plenty of bars and restaurants. Responsive comms made things quick and easy and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Nottingham.

This is the second time we stayed at this location. This place is brilliant, great value for money and great location, apartment was clean and welcoming, beds were comfy and the shower was great. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distances to Leicester City Centre . This apartment has a kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. We would definitely recommend, as we feel so lucky to have found this little treasure in the beautiful town of Leicester .

Tasteful, warm and comfortable accommodation. Welcome pack was great with lots of extras. Well equipped kitchen, very clean. Garden was private and quiet.

Lovely place in a fantastic location. James was an excellent host, responsive and helped with everything we needed. The apartment is spacious with really nice decor. And the location is brilliant if you like scenic walks along the river, there’s also a leisure centre 5 minute walk away with a gym, swimming pool plus other activities. Highly recommend
