this was a wonderful stay , we had a lovely time and really enjoyed the peace here. hot tub does take a while to heat up but other than that we would be happy to stay again. would definitely recommend it to people x

Absolutely amazing place. Private, spacious and homely with the most stunning view. This was by far our favourite stay and hope to visit again one day. We enjoyed a lovely bbq and sitting in the hot tub under the stars. The music outside was a great touch, and nice to be able to log into our Netflix. It had everything we needed and had an amazing time playing games.

Cutest place. Gorgeous hot tub… I’m glad we remembered to turn it on early, it took a while to get to temperature. Bed linen was clean. Kitchen and bathroom, spotless. Really cute old building. Oh the fire was lovely as well. Really comfortable, peaceful cottage and really private . Thank you

Absolutely 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend for people who want a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Beautiful cabin with a great hot tub and fantastic surroundings. Only 10-20 min drive into Leicester to do visits. Great value for money and I am definitely gonna book again in the future. Thank you for letting a fantastic place, I fell in love with it and didn’t want to come home.

My review. My husband and I enjoyed a weekend break in the Cosy cottage. This is a lovely quaint cottage with some beautiful original features. The log fire really sets the scene, there was ample wood provided. Loved the private garden with the hot tub, when it was lit up during the evening it was very romantic. The home is very clean and presented well. The host Sanjay provides a great list of places to visit and eat. We enjoyed long walks and going to the pub 2 mins away. We would definitely recommend this cottage and we will return.

Beautiful little cabin in the lovely countryside, very comfortable and cosy! The host was very welcoming and we had a fabulous weekend. Thank you!

The house was lovely as was the hot tub.The only downside wasthe weather which was not Dawn's fault but we had hoped to do some fishing which from the pictures we though was close to the property but was a short drive away. Unfortunately due to rain we couldn't drive to the lake and walking was impossible because the field was like a quagmore. Would love to give this a try in the summer. Also being an optomist I ordered the barrow of wood for the fire pit so my grandson could melt some marshmallows over the fire but again paid for something was impossible to use because the wood was too wet and the firepit was filled with water!! Again no one can book the weather but Dawn had lovely touches with milk in the fridge, tea, coffee,sugar and chocolate all left for us and a cupboard full of condiments which I have never had previously in any self contained accomodation so extra brownie points for this. All in all 5*mall around. Well done Dawn would book again but in the Summer!!

Great host and an amazing home. Really enjoyed our stay.

This was our second stay at Sally’s place and it was just as good as the first. Sally is an excellent host (helpful, responsive, friendly) and the accommodation is really excellent and great value for money compared to other similar options. Beds are comfy, everything is both cosy and squeaky clean and there’s a lovely relaxing vibe about the place. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful time at Angela's farm! The kids absolutely loved walking through the fields and seeing the sheep, horses, and chickens. Angela was incredibly lovely and welcoming, making our stay feel so special. We visited in December, and I was initially concerned about the cold, but the underfloor heating kept us cozy throughout our stay. The thoughtful touch of having a Christmas tree up when we arrived made it feel extra festive and like a true home away from home.

A little home from home with everything we needed. Lovely and spacious for a one bed property. The bed was super comfy! Hannah was on hand if we had needed anything.

The coffin makers cottage was beautifully presented, super clean and just what we were looking for. Warm and cosy with all required amenities. We felt right at home. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Caroline and Roger's- situated in beautiful, peaceful grounds with amazing views of the surrounding countryside, and the property was very clean, cosy, spacious and well-equipped. We felt very welcome, they are really friendly hosts. A great base for walking, as well as the Foxton Locks and Naseby Civil War battlefield and memorials. Market Harborough is a lovely town and not far by car, as are other historic houses and gardens, but unfortunately at this time of year they were all closed. We would happily go back and stay at the property again in the Spring/Summer to explore. Highly recommend!

Second time visiting, its been really nice

Had a great stay at Stoop Cottage. Really appreciated Rachel's thoughtful extra touches. Location was excellent - great local shop, lots of places to eat and drink nearby and fantastic walks for the dog. A very relaxing stay and hope to be back.

Absolutely delighted with our stay. Sandy and Paul were excellent hosts from letting us know directions to having the fire lit on our arrival. Paul even came back and made sure the fire was roaring on our return from our day out. Home is spotlessly clean, peaceful and had everything we needed. Couldn't have asked for a more relaxing weekend away. Thank you Sandy and Paul!

Chase Lodge is in a perfect location if you want a quiet countryside break not too far from shops and restaurants. The property is really well equipped, comfortable and clean and is all exactly as described. We didn’t meet Zoe but she kept in touch. Check-in and out is very simple via key box. We went on lots of scenic walks directly from the property. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

Stayed for 4 nights as working at the NEC which was perfect as only about a 10 minute drive in. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed at. Very secluded and has more than everything you need cosy and very comfortable. I’d score it 11 out of 10 it’s that good. Roger was brilliant as a host extremely helpful and I’m definitely booking next year if available

Spotless and well decorated, very comfortable beds and sofas. Ideal for our girls weekend at nearby Hoar Cross Spa. Would love to return.

We had a wonderful two nights with our teenagers. The cottage is really beautiful and cosy, with plenty of space for four. The location is gorgeous, extremely peaceful and surrounded by nature. We visited Bakewell and Alton Towers, both very near. Worth noting you definitely need a car to stay here due to the remote location: that’s what we loved about it, coming from a big city! Would definitely recommend and love to return one day.

Excellent, peaceful, quiet, just what I needed.

The most beautiful Airbnb that we have ever stayed in! We couldn't find a fault! The photos do not show how wonderful this Airbnb is. The hosts were so friendly, showing us around and recommending places to visit. The animals are super friendly too! I can't recommend this Airbnb enough! It is spotlessly clean too. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
