Excellent place to stay. Beautifully updated with very comfortable furniture. We wanted to take the bed home with us it was so comfortable. The hosts are very responsive. We had a very enjoyable weekend.

My came to visit my nephews Army gradation at Ft LeonardWood which was even closer to this location than expected! Very easy to locate & the host was amazing & responded to all my questions quickly! The beds were super comfortable as well!! I definitely recommend this place to others!

the view from the deck was beautiful, the place felt cozy like home and the entire place was so quiet and peaceful. only negative I would say is the indoor pool was closed and I was not informed of that until arrival so that was disappointing but overall very nice place and would book again.

Great place, just what we needed for a brief stay at The Lake for a youth baseball tournament. A little tricky to find but can be expected from a condo when you’re new to the complex. Google gps will get you close. Definitely dated but I think a fair price for the age of the units. Still much less than local run down hotels in this area in the summertime! The outdoor pool towards the age of the property is awesome! Right on the water, grab some take out and sit by the pool for dinner in the evening! The indoor pool and hot tub leave a little to be desired but the outdoor pool is the place to be!

Thank you for a great place! One of our most peaceful holidays. Love the covered deck and being on the end allows a wide open view of the lake. NO STAIRS! That is a huge plus for the lake condos. We have already booked another stay. Dayna has described her condo perfectly and the amenities are awesome.

This was a repeat stay for us and it was great! Super comfy king bed, fabulous unique towels, extra clean, easy to get anywhere in Springfield. Whether you’re looking for a remote work space or a place to stay while having some fun in town, this is the perfect spot! We’ve stayed in several places in the 417 and this is one of the nicest at a very affordable price point. Dewayne is an outstanding host ~ We will be back!

Really enjoyed our stay. I did see in another review that there were a lot of stairs, we didn't mind them. The place was very clean and had everything we needed.

Wonderful town house, close to the civic center. With multiple guests- it’s great there are multiple bathrooms. Thanks for another great stay.

Accommodations for this stay were a bit last minutes. Our freshman at MO State ask us to bring our dog just a week before our stay. We were thrilled to find Maida’s listing and lovely accommodations. Our dog was able to join us and make the visit a bit more homey. The space was perfect to just all hang out together.

This is a great stay in Rolla. Very convenient location and plenty of room inside and out to relax and enjoy. We had to extend our stay unexpectedly and the host was so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or requests. I definitely recommend it!

Easy check in/out. Centrally located for many areas of interest in Springfield. Very comfortable. Felt very safe and private. We would definitely stay there again.

I can't say enough great things about this place! We visit our son frequently in Springfield, and this was one of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed in in the area! Very clean and very comfortable. But on top of that, there are so many little extras that make this an amazing value: a personal note, snacks and drinks, several good coffee options, extra cozy blankets, beautiful, functional window coverings, fans, extra supplies in case you forgot something, nice towels, even nice toilet paper. The decor is cool with a nice fireplace insert and a great record collection. We were there over a weekend, and the neighborhood was very quiet. Paul was welcoming with great communication! We hope this place is available next time we come to Springfield! 10/10 recommend.

This is the best Airbnb we've stayed at so far! Excellent home in a good location far enough away from the hustle & bustle, and close enough to Ft. Leonard Wood for visits. Very clean and stylish home with all the great amenities - great coffee, comfy beds and linens, and nice fluffy towels. The master shower has two heads so it's perfect for the end of a busy day decompress & get into R&R mode. Greg is the best host we've ever had experience with. There was a winter storm coming that could have left us stranded for days but he took the time to message me from his own out of town trip to give us a heads up. The grandkids also left behind items and he is going to send via mail. There are also quite a few games and puzzles that entertained thee grands while we were there. I just cannot say enough about the stay and/or the host. Book it, you will not be disappointed!

The little blue house was the perfect place for my week in town. The house itself has a great "feeling" to it, with a large kitchen and living room and two spacious bedrooms and a very nice sized bathroom as well. The layout of the home is cool and the finishes are very appropriate to a home built in the 1940s but modernized! The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of dresser and closet space, and the backyard is massive. The home was easy to find, clean, and easy to access. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The place was clean and very well stocked. We made several meals and the kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking a breeze. Caroline was very responsive from the time we booked through our stay. We would definitely book this place again!

We stay here every year for the bike fest! Dennis’ place is beautiful and clean. The view from the balcony is gorgeous! We also love the location.

We're so happy we stayed here! We needed accommodations while visiting nearby family during the Christmas holidays. Ryan's place was right around the corner, and gave us exactly the respite we needed each night! The beds were comfy, the instructions were clear, and anything we could have possibly needed to know -- before and during our stay -- Ryan's responses were always within 10 minutes, so we felt totally prepared and at ease. Perhaps the complex is a little busier during the summers, but during this holiday it was SO QUIET, we thought we might be the only ones in the building! We definitely will look to stay here again when we come back to visit Camdenton. Thank you, Ryan, for hosting an excellent residence! :)

Paul’s condo in Osage Beach was exactly as pictured and described. There was ample room for 4 adults and 4 kids. The location was perfect! And the price cannot be beat!

The condo was clean and had a great view. Nice pool too. We saw a lot of wildlife. The lake of the Ozarks is a wonderful family place!

Everything is like new in the condo which made it very comfortable. Having a slip for our boat was very convenient. The building was quiet and peaceful. We have stayed at this resort before and this is the best unit we’ve stayed in.

The minute we walked into the condo, we fell in love! So perfect for my husband and I. The living room has very comfortable furniture, a large tv with streaming services, a beautiful patio with an amazing view. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could need to cook your yummy meals. We cooked dinner there every night and breakfast every morning. The bathroom is the perfect size and has lots of space to keep your toiletries. The shower is large and the water pressure is perfect! The bedroom is also very comfortable. It’s not as updated as the rest of the house decor wise, but it’s still very cute and comfortable! The bed is 12/10 one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept on. I plan to use this host and their condo anytime we come back into town! She was very communicative and was there for any questions we had. Very professional and kind!
