We came to Concord NH to celebrate a graduation at SNHU. Maria’s place was perfect for our group and so close to the university. Very clean, great space and great location. Maria was terrific to work with, very proactive and responsive. We will definitely book with her in the future 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I lived in the place for 43 days. It was PERFECT! The house is better than in the photos. A lot of space. Laundry in the house. Kitchen with everything!! Super comfortable beds. Really good shower. Check in super clear. Michelle and her boyfriend were super nice to us. They helped with snow cleaning, they decorated the place for Christmas and it was so cute!! In new year`s eve we asked if we could bring some guests and they said yes. They are really good hosts and I definitely recommend this place! The location is really good - close to many restaurants and main roads. It was PERFECT for us!

This house is magical. Enjoyed a 3 day stay and all of the little gems the house has to offer. Host was responsive and the house was immaculate. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay in Tara's home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to our favorite towns- Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. We had plenty of room for the four of us. We loved the outside spaces and the open floor plan. Tara was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The instructions for check in and check out were very clear. We hope to return in the future!

We chose to stay here over the Christmas vacation. It was such a lovely surprise to arrive to the house tastefully decorated for the season and with a Christmas tree and lights for us to collect our gifts under. The location is fantastic, we enjoyed walking the grounds with our dog and playing the the snow as we were lucky to have a white Christmas. The house is so comfortable and well laid out and having a fire in the living room just made it feel so seasonal. We had a great stay

Very great place for the family getaway. The living area (den) was great to socialize in. Basement was nice to have as a separate game area. Hot tub was well maintained which was a big plus for after ski day wind downs. Would definitely stay again!

Overall a great stay. Very clean, just the right size and quiet. The instructions were straightforward. It was a great staycation ☺️

Overall was fantastic experience. The home was better prepared and stocked compared to other passed Air BnB experience. All in all family voted as one of the better Air BnB places to date.

Valle and David were the perfect hosts and we had an amazing stay. We also got to use the hot tub which was such a treat in the cold weather. Dave and Valle went above and beyond - from leaving little chocolates treats for us to enjoy upon check-in, to very thoughtfully offering to extend our stay for a few hours until the roads cleared out from a the overnight snow storm. Thank you Valle and Dave!

We loved our stay at Prime Rock Sq! The perfect, affordable spot for a weekend getaway for a couple. Of note was the king size bed, which was SO comfortable! The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and also very quiet even though we were close to downtown. We came back one evening and a fire had been made in the fire pit outside which was a fun way to wind down the evening. It was just a delightful little spot and we will definitely be back! The hosts were great and communication was excellent. Thank you both for having us!

Delightful place to stay in Portlands West end. It is easy walking distance to everywhere…. downtown and even the East side. Great restaurants in the neighborhood from breakfast to dinner. The apartment was immaculate and was stocked with just about everything you’d need. The shared yard was charming and felt very private. We have family in the area and I hope we can stay there again and again. It was much more comfortable than a B & B. Lorie was very responsive to anything you might need.

Great apartment in a very walkable part of Portland, a perfect location for exploring the city. It was clean & spacious with a very comfortable bed and we appreciated the off-street parking. The owner Jeff and his wife are very friendly and served us a fantastic meal at their small brewpub downstairs. I normally wouldn’t choose a rental above a pub, but theirs closes at 9pm every night, so noise wasn’t an issue at all. Would highly recommended this unit for a stay in Portland.

This was our second time staying with Tony and Sonja and once again they were fabulously accommodating hosts. We just love how calm, comfortable, and peaceful their home is.

Very clean, easy parking and close by car to main North Conway attractions. Bed was comfortable and bathroom and kitchen were very clean and had items could use. Fire pit out back was nice to use too.

I had an amazing stay! Rachael was a very responsive host, and was very helpful throughout my stay. The location was quiet but within driving distance of all the things I wanted to do, and it matched all my expectations based on the listing. If I’m ever back in the area, I would certainly love to stay here again!

Perfect weekend getaway!

This was by far one of the best Airbnb experiences we have ever had! The camp was everything we could’ve hoped for and more. The location was private and peaceful. The cabin was well appointed and felt as if it had been in the family for generations with little subtleties that made us feel right at home. The bedrooms were quaint and cozy and the living area was the perfect place for our family to gather in the evenings. We loved the outdoor fireplace and made sure to roast hotdogs and s’mores every chance we could. Perhaps our favorite thing about the camp was the dock and Panther pond! We took the canoe out several times and also went for a dip in the crystal clear water as a family right off the dock which was perfect for swimming. All in all, this place was incredible! If you’re reading this and it’s still available, do yourself a favor and book it!

Cozy little cabin, exactly as described. Heat worked well in a cold winter spell. The sleeping situation was unique, but fun! It felt like a sleepover. Just be aware if you’re over 6’ tall that the ceiling in the sleeping area is low enough that you could hit your head if you sit up too fast. Overall, a great stay. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay at Leslie's place in Thornton, NH! If you know the area, there's tons to do around, and it's in a peaceful, quiet location. I grew up a few exits down in Ashland and used to own a condo in Campton; so Leslie's location and recommendations were spot on. She was a great host: responsive and communicative. Only nitpick is we kept finding a previous visitor's hair scattered around (hard to find a great cleaner in NH, I know), and the heating situation in the bedroom is a minisplit that can't keep up. When it's really cold outside, it goes into a "defrost" mode and kicks the heat on and off throughout. It wasn't a problem for me as I love the cold, but for people more sensitive, layer up! You're in New Hampshire for God's sake! All in all a lovely little place and perfect for a short ski/hiking vacation. Oh, and the hot tub was an amazing addition. I could sit in it for hours staring out into nothingness.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful weekend at the cabin! Christian was an amazing host, he really went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great weekend. He provided detailed instructions on how to use the amenities, which were all easy to use. He also gave local recommendations around the area. He responded quickly to all of my messages and kept us well informed. The cabin was beautiful with a hand written note, snacks and even face masks! Really going the extra mile to make sure guests are comfortable, I would definitely recommend this cabin to everyone!

First, I want to say the biggest thank you to Marie for her attentiveness to detail, quick response time and for being so kind. When I had questions, Marie answered them so quick before we even got to the location. Upon arrival, my boyfriend and I were greeted with all of the christmas lights and battery powered candles lit up for us to find the house and driveway. (Winter so it was dark early) When we walked in to see the amazing fireplace in the house going and a basket of treats, crackers and cheese strawberries and so much more! I had mentioned hot cocoa to Marie and she even left some for us! The bathroom has a heater and the floors are so unique. The bed was amazing to sleep in and we had such a cozy, quiet, enjoyable weekend tucked away in this cabin. Coffee is a few minute up the road along with the local market. We made steaks and had a candle lit dinner for two next to the fire. I WILL be returning regularly in the months to come. Thank you Marie and fam! 💜

My husband and I went to Ossipee to celebrate our anniversary. The cabin was cute, cozy, and exceptionally clean, with every amenity you could possibly need. Michele was a wonderful host, attentive to every detail and offering great suggestions for things to do in the area. She made our anniversary extra special. We will definitely be back—we loved it! Daniels place was perfect for my wife and I with our 2 labs. Very private, quiet, and well appointed clean cabin. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We can’t wait to go back.
