Beautiful apartment in a beautiful neighborhood !

We had a wonderful stay at Jean and Fernando's apartament. The place has everything you need for a lovely stay. The building has great amenities - swimming pool, gym, laundry- and loclocated in the best neighborhood of Buenos Aires, close to bars, restaurants, museums, and beautiful parks. Strongly recommended!

Ale and his team were kind and great communicators! The apartment is well decorated, thoughtful touches, and spacious for 2 people. Most of the things we had issue with were outside of Ale’s control and he did an amazing addressing it. Something to note is the hallways on the floor have a very strong cigarette smell and the neighbors dogs barking all day. Ale made every effort to make sure the smells didn’t get into the apartment which is nice, but if you’re sensitive to smells it would be an issue going in and out of the apartment. In general Ale is a VERY kind host and the unit is a VERY good choice, after all it comes with breakfast !

We stayed 12 days in the apartment and the experience was amazing. Very comfortable and cozy. The place has a very well-equipped kitchen and various utensils for meals and snacks. Cleaning products were also available for use. The hair dryer is great. The clothes dryer is also very efficient. The iron and ironing board are in great condition and functionality. The smart TV with multiple streaming access, just log in. The Wi-Fi provided a great connection. Several socket adapters available and the extension made our logistics much easier. Easy access to transportation, bars, restaurants and markets. The host was available all the time, always very attentive and concerned about how we were. I loved the place, I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Gastón is very attentive to everything. Quick response. The beautiful place, very comfortable...in a Parisian style building. It has air conditioning and the beds 10/10 for a good rest after touring the city. It has a spacious bathroom and everything works well. Restaurant, theater, cafe, supermarket, pharmacy, locomotion and many of the main attractions nearby. We would come back for sure.

My friends and I had a great time here! It was perfect for walking to different parts of Palermo and also close to several parks, etc. They were super responsive every time we had a question, and very friendly and accommodating of our early check-in request. Highly recommend! Great place to have as your headquarters while exploring the beautiful BA.

This is a really great spot that exactly matched the photos. Perfect for a single looking to treat themselves or a couple looking for a getaway. Great walkable spot with food and coffee options abound, but Palermo Hollywood is noticeably quieter than Palermo Soho (20min walk east). Regardless, a very safe area! Rooftop deck and pool are amazing and rarely occupied - like other reviews said, the pool could use a bit of maintenance but with only 6-8 units in the building I wasn't expecting it to be pristine. The property has a team of people that helped with check-in and immediately responded to any queries. The shower's cold water stopped working and they sent a plumber right away. I asked for an extra set of towels (only had 2x for a 12 day stay) and they quickly accommodated. Overall - seamless experience as a guest and I would definitely recommend this spot.
