Nicolas flat is exactly as described. There are 50 steps to walk up to the flat which seems a lot when you’re bringing your luggage in. It has a fantastic terrace with views to the sea. It has all the equipment you could need for your stay and also has free Wi-Fi. I’d recommend.

We liked the apartment. The amenities are very good, everything we needed during our multi-day stay (e.g. Coffee maker, several towels and hair dryer). If you have any questions, we were always able to reach out, the answers were always very quick.

Excellent 2-storey apartment, with everything you need. As indicated in the photos and in the description. A terrace that on less cold days will be a wonder to be able to enjoy it. It is recently renovated, everything is new, very nice, very well cared for the details, it makes you feel at home. Samuel is very friendly, quick response and very good willingness.

The location is really fantastic - watching the sun rise over the sea from high up in the morning and starting the day with a swim in the magnificent pool, we loved it! In addition, there is a terrace to the apartment that was not mentioned in the description and which we were allowed to use.

Had a fantastic experience while staying at this place. You have everything you need, the apartment is spacious yet cozy. The view from the terrace on Colera and the sea is extremely lovely and was always a reason to have breakfast-lunch-dinner there. We were welcomed by Matthieu's mother who is a very pleasant, available and caring person which makes your stay reassuring in case of problems you can count on people who listen. The accommodation is very spacious and arranged so that you have enough to do both in the kitchen and in the living spaces. We were able to bring our 3 small dogs and we have never felt a concern about our animals, this confidence inspires the respect of the tenants for the owners and their accommodation we can only recommend this accommodation to other vacationers. Antonia’s house is wonderful! We had an amazing one week stay at Antonia’s and even extended it for two more days because it was so great. She was very kind to advise us on local services and throughout the stay she was always very helpful and responding immediately to our messages. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures, located in a picturesque and quiet street. Supermarket, stores, restaurants, plazas are all walking distance while the beach is only a bike/ bus ride away. Thank you Antonia and Amanda for a lovely stay, we will definitely come back!

For those who are fans of thalasso treatments, the accommodation is the one you need because the reception is a stone's throw from the center. We would happily stay again.

A very nice accommodation, a very well-equipped kitchen. Ideally located on a street in the old town, without the noise of cars, very quiet. We had trouble understanding how the pellet stove worked the first night, but thanks to Francis's instructions, we managed to get a reasonable temperature, which might seem too cool for some in winter. The large windows give a very appreciable brightness that highlights the large spaces of the accommodation (larger than in the photos). The children's room with the small staircase gives a cabin feel, they were delighted. We loved the area and will definitely be back. Thanks Francis and Valerie!

Very nice apartment (1 week stay at the end of September) with a terrace and very nice plancha. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with all utensils, dishes and cleaner available Good location, 5 min from the Vendres sports center (2 min from Lidl), and 25 min from Collioure on foot + bus stop (€1) 2 min to reach Banyuls or Perpignan Patrick was kind enough to let us into the accommodation early, when we arrived in the morning by night train.
