A beautiful fine apartment in the attic awaits you, very centrally located and quiet. Furnished with a lot of love and tastefully furnished, everything is available for vacation. (oil, coffee, spices, etc. Cleaning products there) Bakery, butcher, supermarket, creperie just around the corner. Alexandre welcomed us very warmly, very pleasant and fast communication. Very nice accommodation with the family, we had a great stay, the living room is large and the open kitchen is very convenient. There is space outside to park easily, the owners stay in the adjoining house, they are available and very friendly, we thank them!

Sebastien is a very welcoming and responsive host. We had a nice Christmas Eve at this beautiful home. In addition, it was accommodating on our arrival time, in a festive period. We'll be happy to come back, maybe in summer this time, to enjoy a little more of the outdoor setting.

We had a lovely Christmas at Olga's place. It was very cozy and nicely decorated. Olga had prepared a Christmas tree for our arrival and was very attentive to our comfort. We were unfortunately not able to enjoy the garden given the weather, but it is also well equipped. We would recommend this listing.

We recommend. Really nice house, bright, quiet, very well-located. The garden overlooks the ugly. Parking place is available in front of the house. The garden furniture was broken but Gregory and Pauline let us know as soon as they learned it a little before we arrived, and had planned to replace it the following week. Just a small point that I missed: no shutters on the bedroom windows (blackout curtains)

We had a pleasant stay at the apartment with our two toddlers. Very well located to reach the city center of RenneS, moreover the neighborhood remains very quiet. There are some convenient convenience stores. the apartment is nikel, clean and well decorated. we are fine there. Maëlys is super responsive and very considerate. go there without so much as a second thought!

Great place for a stay in Rennes, especially if you have to leave very early in the morning due to a train ride.
