Beautifully resorted French house, keeping the character but with a modern well equipped kitchen and bathrooms with great showers. Excellent quality bed linen throughout, plus plenty of towels and extras for the pool. Exactly as the photos depict it. Lovely pool in a quiet garden. Cover allows for use even in inclement weather. Warm welcome when we were met by the hosts on arrival. Very helpful hosts with lots of good recommendations. Walkable to the centre of the village, with a great market on Friday mornings. Plenty of on street parking directly outside the front of the house. Probably the best Airbnb we have stayed in. Would definitely recommend.

For a small wedding this weekend An exceptional location and equipment adapted to our family reunion. Marielle's hosting is more than warm. The house is very comfortable and very convenient for 12 people We had a great little stay there.

The contact with Gilles was warm from the start. Brigitte welcomed us wonderfully with sweets and drinks made available, and which we enjoyed very much. The house is very nice, with large windows that make you feel like nature has come into your home. The history of the house is also very interesting. The location of the latter is perfect for doing various activities; close to the coastal paths, beach nearby and at the same time close to the city center (our teens loved it). Special mention for the equipment in the house, and Brigitte was very attentive. Thanks to her.

Small but very well arranged. The beds in the mezzanine save a lot of space. The steep staircase to access it is not necessarily suitable for everyone, but the sofa in the sitting area is a 1.40 m sofa bed offering a perfectly adequate bed. The interior is very clean, bright and cozy... A pleasure!

It is a very pleasant accommodation, close to restaurants and shops. From Pornic you can explore the coast very well. Pornic is an enchanting seaside resort where there is always something new to discover. It is not spectacular there, but very relaxing in a neat and quiet way. The car can be parked safely on the property, and you can get around easily on foot or by bike. The house has very good amenities. The kitchen has everything you need. If you can speak French, then you can enjoy the great comic collection. What bothered us a little was the drain in the bathroom. It smelled a little pleasant sometimes. But otherwise: Excellent! We would be happy to recommend the place and would also book there again if we go to Pornic again.

Beautiful well equipped house and located near the center. Nice quiet garden. We were able to rent bikes nearby and get around the island easily. Our girls went every day in a few minutes to the nautical center. The modern decor was pleasant and the plenty of storage available was convenient. We stayed in this house for two weeks and were able to make the most of it. Géraldine and Pierre were responsive. The handbook they had written was full of good tips for restaurants and tours. Noirmoutier is a destination to live in summer and by bike. In short, a beautiful stay in a home that we highly recommend.

My stay at Château du Perray was an enchanted parenthesis in the countryside of Saint-Mars-du-Désert. Imagine an estate where time seems to hang, where the gardens look like sketched pairs of watercolors. Alone in this haven of peace, without any other visitors, I was lucky enough to enjoy absolute tranquility similar to the Le Déjeuner sur l 'herb de Manet painting. Under bright sunshine and a temperature of 30 degrees, the pool was an oasis of freshness. Its natural temperature offered a soothing refuge, a real delight for the body and mind. Swimming in this water, surrounded by so much beauty, was a memorable experience. The discreet presence of the master of the premises helped preserve the serenity and tranquility of the castle. Some cordial exchanges at night or when I leave. Château du Perray is a setting for poetry and nature, a place where one can truly recharge. A stay here is an invitation to daydream
