This was our second time staying at this place and as before we enjoyed the calm, amenities, proximity to the city while being in the countryside and the warmth of hospitality. Everything was perfect for our family meetup.

We really enjoyed this family home that allowed us to spend Christmas with the family . It's a paradise for the little ones who have found something to take care of. The garden must be very nice on sunny days. The neighborhood is very discreet and the amenities very close. It's easy to park in the cul-de-sac. Thanks to Amandine and her husband for hosting

We were hosted very well the only downside is that the information about the not providing sheets was mentioned in photo reviews and not in the descriptions of the rental apart from that it was a perfect stay

Very pleasant stay in a beautiful apartment, very well located, close to the port and the beach. The downside is the distance of more than 1 km to park for free... with luggage logistics. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend.

Very nice stay. Beautiful views of the ocean, St Jean de Monts and its beach about 3 km away, on the island of Yeu on a clear day. In the middle of the dunes and really a short walk to Les Becs beach. You can spend hours contemplating this landscape, on the high stools installed for this purpose on the balcony. Very quiet. Everything was as described. Good bedding. Really delighted with my stay.

It was an ideal location for participating in the start of the Vendée Globe and associated festivities. That was the reason for going. You could walk everywhere. Brilliant. Additionally Les Sables d'Olonne is a beautiful town and the beach is stunning. I would recommend staying there at any time of year. The apartment was secure whilst being easily accessible. It had everything we needed.

Beautiful comfortable apartment, well appointed and equipped, and in addition, with nice sea view. Exposure on the East side very pleasant. Gregoire is friendly and very responsive. Remarkable welcome with small touches left in the apartment like we had never encountered in rbnb (breakfast, yogurt, brioches, jams , fruit ...) and bicycles at our disposal very useful because the accommodation is located in a secluded area, access to the city center is not quickly accessible on foot. Total change of scenery providing an end of the world feel and magnificent panoramas offered by the customs path at the foot of the building. thank you Annick for your welcome .
