Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Le Perreux-sur-Marne

We had a lovely stay at the house with my family. The photos are true to life, the rooms are spacious and you feel good there, especially the living room which is very family-friendly. There are plenty of toys available for children. Julie was responsive by message throughout our stay and her instructions were clear. Finally, the location is great if you want to go to the Disney amusement park which is 20 minutes away. Noisy-le-grand station is nearby as well. Recommended for large families.

The accommodation is very clean, well-equipped, well-insulated, close to a shopping mall. The hosts were there for any requests. Excellent heating, extra towels as well as the blanket. Large TV with several apps for entertainment.

Our stay was simply amazing, exotic and exceptional! Alain is a considerate, responsive and available host. Everything is clear and everything is easy and helpful. Everything is done to make the stay as smooth as possible and so convenient. We sincerely thank Alain for everything and we can't wait to come back. The concept is just awesome. There is something for young and old, to share moments together but also as a couple. In any case, the 4 of us left with stars in our eyes and feeling rejuvenated.

Our stay in this charming house in Paris was very pleasant! Located in a strategic area, the house has immediate access to the services of Châtillon, where we found everything we needed: from supermarkets and artisanal bakeries to cafes with that Parisian touch that falls in love. Proximity to metro stations and bus stops made us move around the city a children's game; in a few minutes we were in the heart of Paris, exploring its iconic monuments. The house itself is a dream: comfortable, elegantly decorated, and with an atmosphere that combines classic Parisian charm with modern comforts. Every corner is taken care of with detail, from the cozy furniture to the natural light that floods the space, making it even more beautiful. A highlight, especially for those of us who travel around Europe, was the washing machine in the house. What an advantage to be able to wash our clothes during the trip!

Philippe and Marinette were extremely welcoming and warm, very helpful. The house is large enough for 2 adults and 2 children, and fully functional. The environment is quiet. The buses at the foot of the house allow you to travel to the RER A to visit Paris (35 minutes) or go to Dysney (10 minutes). If there is no bus at the desired time, the RER is a 15-20 minute walk away. We highly recommend it!

Spacious 4th floor flat very convenient for Gare du Nord. Comfortable with all you need for a base to explore Paris. Local restaurants in walkable distance, as well as shops and Boulangerie. Our children loved the toys in the flat.

This apartment feels like an oasis on a quiet street. It's in a great location with easy metro access and walkability. Thibaut was gracious and accommodating. We loved our stay!

We stayed at Mathilde's place on two separate occasions in Dec 24 and Jan 25. Communication before arrival was prompt and clear. When we arrived we were met by Mathilde's assistant, Kathleen, who gave us the key and made sure we had everything we needed. She even brought us new coffee capsules later that day. The apartment was quite large (for Paris). We found it clean and well furnished (we were specifically looking for an apartment with a crib and a high chair for our son). There is a large living area that gets tons of sunlight from the many windows. Not too much happening in the immediate surrounding area, but Montmarte is just a short walk up the hill. Getting to more central parts of Paris usually took us about 20-30 minutes by metro or taxi. Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly recommend this rental!

A rare find - home away from home if you have young children. The hosts were very thoughtful that we had our 4 year old and infant with us and they left out thoughtful touches. As any young family can understand, traveling with little ones can be stressful and unfamiliar. The toys and baby items they had available made it a much more enjoyable trip for the whole family. The girls looked forward to coming back to the apartment to play with the toys. 100% recommend and would stay here again. Especially for families with young children.

This apartment is absolutely perfect. This is my second time staying in it. The location is perfect, a metro stop down the block, plenty of restaurants close by, everything one could need. Dealing with Patricia was easy and pleasant. She is available to answer any questions. I would definitely go back on my next visit to Paris. I highly recommend it.

Just wow! My wife, 3 kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect and close to restaurants, transport (train & bus) and neighboring attractions - yet secluded enough, away from any noise. Most importantly, it was safe! Halimeina is friendly in her communication and very responsive. We would definitely return to her property in the future! All-in-all, the stay allowed us to enjoy a magnificent experience across Paris!

The joy of seeing the Eiffel Tower every day! Most importantly, the location was the best! There was a delicious bakery in front of the house, and I was able to buy cheese and fruit at the market. It was the perfect place to stay to visit all the sights in Paris~^^

We had a fantastic stay at Elise’s Airbnb. Although there was a minor issue with the apartment when we arrived, Elise resolved it quickly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was incredibly thoughtful, she even gave us a free taxi ride to Disneyland Paris, which was such a kind gesture. A truly great host and lovely accommodation. Highly recommended!
