We were 3 adults and stayed 2 nights at Ghislaine's home. We are happy with our stay. The listing was as described and comfortable, with all the necessary equipment. It's an inhabited space, not a commercial rental, which we enjoyed. It is very well located, a short walk from the Palace of Versailles and despite the location close to the road, you can't hear traffic. Things to know: access to the upper room is picnic and I will not recommend it for the elderly or young children. Overall, it's a good choice and I would recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay! Host has the place very clean and the decor is so fresh and modern. It is a very warm stay. The home is very well equipped had everything we needed to make dinner. We felt very comfortable. Beds were comfy. Host was amazing she was super sweet and helpful- great communication! Also the location is great near the metro and there is a convenient store on the corner everyone there is really nice too! I highly recommend staying here!!! We would 1000x return here.

David is a top host! We were several friends for my spouse's 30th birthday for a whole weekend. The place was exactly what we were looking for… charm, the old one, and greenery just 30 minutes from Paris. David had total confidence in us and was indescribably kind! Karaoke, lights, hot tub, ping pong, barbecue, everything was there… Thank you so much David for this weekend that will remain engraved in our memories! I hope to see you soon.

Valérian is very responsive. Large house, clean, located on fenced-in lot. Ultra quiet area a few minutes walk from RER C or N.

We stayed for 4 days and we were very happy about the place. We had enough space and the sauna was amazing.

The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Alison is a lovely host. Her place was very artsy and super comfortable for our party size. You could tell a lot of attention was had to the details of decor and functionality. I would 100% recommend Alison’s home for a relaxing time in Paris.

This was the perfect spot for our family of four during our winter break stay in Paris. We’d already been away from home traveling for a week when we arrived here so it was a real treat to have a full house to stay in- the space for the kids to have their own bedroom and a bathroom for everyone if necessary was luxurious after staying in much smaller places. Furthermore, this home is so charming & comfortable, we didn’t want to leave. Everyone enjoyed cuddling with Yuzu the cat, eating fresh baked goods from the bakery on the way to the metro, and eating real meals with a full kitchen. Highly recommend, this is our favorite place we’ve stayed!

Maite is a warm host, absolutely flexible and explained everything important to us upon our arrival. In addition, she was always available. The apartment was as described,although it is located on a main road, but in the backyard, it was very quiet, you didn't hear anything, even on the balcony. The balcony is an absolute plus. The location with various metro stations in the immediate vicinity is great, shopping just around the corner.

My stay at Mélanie's went very well. The place was clean and nice. The host was responsive and thoughtful, and the bed was particularly comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! 👍

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

Judith and Cédric are the definition of super-hosts, highly responsive and you're unlikely to find a warmer welcome to Paris! Unfortunately my spoken french is no where near the level I wish it to be, however I was reassured to know that Judith and Cédric speak very good English and both had a great sense of humour to go with it. (Even when we managed to lock ourselves out!) The apartment itself was a joy to stay in, very clean with nice big windows throughout to let in good amounts of natural light and spacious. But most importantly it was very quiet and this couldn't have been a greater relief after 8-9hrs travelling by car from England, you wouldn't think you're in the central Paris! The local area is very walkable neighbourhood and you have a well stocked Carrefour at the end of the street for groceries. Also Canal St Martin is only a 5 minute walk away as well as a Metro station. All in all, a very delightful visit and would happily stay again!

Romain’s place was perfect for our family of four (including two teens who shared the pullout sofa). The space is larger and more comfortable than it appears in the photos. It was very clean, with comfortable beds and a great shower. Location was excellent. Romain was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. So happy we found this place - we would definitely stay again.

My friend and I had a great stay at Adele’s apartment! It was in the perfect location for us, as there was a lot to do within walking distance. The apartment itself made me feel very at home, with really lovely cozy views across the roofs of the town houses from the bedroom windows. At night it was very peaceful and quiet, which ensured a good night’s sleep. I would absolutely love to stay again next time I come to Paris.

Marie's studio is pleasant and very quiet. It is pristine, not a grain of dust, everything was clean and clean and matches the listing. It's very quiet, the only "noise": birds! The neighborhood is very pleasant close to restaurants and 5 minutes from the Sablons or Porte Maillot metro station on line # 1 which is very convenient. In a next trip to Paris, I'll come back!
