Pleasant and spacious house for 8 people. Having 2 bathrooms and 3 wc is a big plus for large families. Great location, not too far from Annecy and nice with a dog for walks.

Very comfortable apartment, very well equipped. Very nice setting. Very welcoming hōtes and strength of proposals for activities and visits to the area. We would recommend it

Catherine was always so helpful booked in 2020 and cancelled three years on the run because of Covid. Finally got there. Felt like we were pen pals !!Fantastic place for my partner and I and my daughter and son-in-law with three small grandsons and two friends. Great house everything we needed. Would highly recommend for families. My three small grandsons 7, 5 and 2 loved it too so ma many toys and a safe big child friendly garden . Wish we had stayed longer than one week. Exceptional week in Grand Bornand. We were very lucky with the weather, snow and great sunshine at the rendezvous for this New Year's week. Everything was together for a great week with the family. The place is even better in real life, the views are breathtaking. No complaints, everything is very well thought out and equipped (there were 9 of us including a baby) so that you had a good stay even with toddlers. The bedding is great. Self check-in. The accommodation is perfectly located to take the bus to the chinaillon, very convenient with frequent passage. It's also easy to walk down to the village. We didn't use the car this week! We will be back, winter or summer, that's for sure!

We had a lovely stay with the family in a beautiful place, with a lovely view. Very large house, well maintained, lots of amenities available. The pool is beautiful sized and heated with a magnificent view. The pool house is very nice and functional. Village at walking distance. Small but charming with beautiful walks to do. Property managed by Conciergerie De Savoie who was always available and responsive. Owner available too! I highly recommend the accommodation.

A very clean and very well-equipped accommodation. We were perfectly welcomed and our host set us up comfortably. Great value for money with more than complete equipment. A great stay. The hosts are available and very kind.

We had a great time in a magical setting, the terrace and its view are up to the photos see more... Marjorie and her daughter are very welcoming, smiling and care about our well-being! Our dog Licorice loved the terrain to explore with the kids! Thanks for the stay ☺️
