It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Our stay in this charming house in Paris was very pleasant! Located in a strategic area, the house has immediate access to the services of Châtillon, where we found everything we needed: from supermarkets and artisanal bakeries to cafes with that Parisian touch that falls in love. Proximity to metro stations and bus stops made us move around the city a children's game; in a few minutes we were in the heart of Paris, exploring its iconic monuments. The house itself is a dream: comfortable, elegantly decorated, and with an atmosphere that combines classic Parisian charm with modern comforts. Every corner is taken care of with detail, from the cozy furniture to the natural light that floods the space, making it even more beautiful. A highlight, especially for those of us who travel around Europe, was the washing machine in the house. What an advantage to be able to wash our clothes during the trip!

It was a very pleasant house to stay with my family. The children had the space to play in the house and in the garden. The location was also very suitable for visiting Paris. The train station is a 3 minute walk away and you'll be in Paris in 20 minutes. The host was also very responsive and nice in communication.

We really enjoyed Christians house. We’re not city types, so being so close to Paris - 30-45 mins on reliable transport worked for us. The house is spacious and comfortable with all modern fittings, including air con. The children loved the pool and went in every day. The cellar playroom was also a great addition for the days it rained. There weren’t too many places to eat close by but we just got Uber eats as we were tired from sightseeing. The cat quickly got to know us and was friendly - kids loved having a pet. We brought our own sheets and towels to avoid extra charges as we travelled by car. Only small niggle was no key collection instructions until the day of travel which felt a little late, but worked exactly to plan once agreed. We would definitely visit again.

This apartment feels like an oasis on a quiet street. It's in a great location with easy metro access and walkability. Thibaut was gracious and accommodating. We loved our stay!

This apartment is absolutely perfect. This is my second time staying in it. The location is perfect, a metro stop down the block, plenty of restaurants close by, everything one could need. Dealing with Patricia was easy and pleasant. She is available to answer any questions. I would definitely go back on my next visit to Paris. I highly recommend it.

Just wow! My wife, 3 kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect and close to restaurants, transport (train & bus) and neighboring attractions - yet secluded enough, away from any noise. Most importantly, it was safe! Halimeina is friendly in her communication and very responsive. We would definitely return to her property in the future! All-in-all, the stay allowed us to enjoy a magnificent experience across Paris!

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

Fantastic place that was very well centralized. The host was fantastic. He gave us incredibly clear instructions and was readily available. The apartment itself gave very cute Amelie vibes. I would just caution anyone with a physical disability in that the apartment is on the third floor with these narrow stairs that is easy to navigate if you are able-bodied. Additionally to get into the tub you need to climb in and out, which may be tricky for someone with a disability. That being said my 85-year-old mother did not have any issues. The apartment was wonderful.

Very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the RER station, 10 minutes by car from the FMSD training center, shops nearby, private and closed parking, the apartment complies with the photos, well equipped, just a few elements that have lived... the hosts are friendly and responsive.

The joy of seeing the Eiffel Tower every day! Most importantly, the location was the best! There was a delicious bakery in front of the house, and I was able to buy cheese and fruit at the market. It was the perfect place to stay to visit all the sights in Paris~^^
