Very spacious, clean and well-equipped accommodation! Parking space available at the foot of the accommodation. A beautiful bathroom, a large bedroom, and a comfortable living room to stay for several days. The place is quiet, nestled in the woods! I hope to return someday for a longer period of time!

Location is unbeatable. Appartement has more than one needs. Peaceful and private.

Had a great time at Sandrine and Bruno's. Their apartment is very pleasant, clean, functional and bright. The location is perfect, in the center of Dinard and 5 minutes from the beach. Communication with Sandrine and Bruno was easy and they were always very responsive and accommodating.

We enjoyed staying in François's home. It is perfectly located; everything is very close and easy to find. François was really helpful and kind. His home is very clean and quiet. Thank you very much; we will definitely recommend it.

Very nice and functional small house. Located 2 steps from a beautiful beach and the coastal path (superb walk to St Briac). Shops a few minutes drive away but also walkable (30 min). Very good restaurants in St Lunaire. Excellent hosting by our host. I would highly recommend it.

After years of rentals for family vacations, this was by far the best we've ever had. A very beautiful large house, with all the amenities you need, good bedding, a beautiful fully fenced garden that allowed us to leave our dog free without worry, everything was there. The instructions for getting there were very clear, as well as the exchanges with the host. We chose this accommodation for its location, which allowed us to easily visit Dinan, St Malo, Dinard, Cap Fréhel, Mont St Michel, the forest of Paimpont / Brocéliande, as well as Rennes in a week. Thanks to Sebastien for hosting us and for allowing us to enjoy this family home.

A great rental property to remember and recommend for hiking or walking around Lake Guerledan. The decor is great industrial style, everything is done to make you feel at home. Thank you for your touches that are always pleasant, your attentiveness and your kindness!

Brigitte's place is just amazing! We were so lucky to enjoy her hospitality and we appreciated so much all the welcoming touches such as wine and the biscuits! The house was sparkling clean and equipped with everything that we needed. It was within easy walking distance to the beach and the shop, what else could you want as family with small kids! Hope we can come back in summer one day! Merci!

Etienne and Valerie welcomed us in a very friendly way and also said goodbye again. There is nothing missing in the apartment (at least we didn't notice anything) and the location is extremely quiet. The sea and at least one supermarket are within walking distance, also in the city center of Saint-Malo you are fast. If you have a dog with you like us, the fenced-in garden is a dream. If we hadn't booked anything else for the summer, we would certainly come back this year, we will have to postpone the next visit to another year. We can wholeheartedly recommend the apartment and also the landlords!

Mareva's apartment is very comfortable and cozy. It has a spectacular view and has everything you need to feel at home. Very quiet and ideal for resting. Totally recommended! Caroline is very responsive, available and pleasant in email exchanges. The listing is true to the photos. The view from the living room is beautiful and the perfect place for short hikes with beautiful beaches nearby. The rental was very clean and perfectly equipped, even if it makes you want to taste seafood at home! We'll be happy to go back.

Great location on the sea front, 10 minutes away (walking) from intramuros. Very quiet appartment with all you need for a comfortable stay. Marie-Claire welcomed us with great recommendations about the neighbourhood and we felt at home right away. Strongly recommended!
