His place was excellent and serene. Alex provided extra air bed upon my request without hesitating. He also gave us gifts at Christmas and welcome snacks as well. I and my family enjoyed every bit of our stay and if I were to visit Montreal / Longueil again, I will gladly stay in this apartment. Besides I am of the view that the pictures do not really show the beauty of the apartment as in reality; reality is better than the pictures. Our stay in the apartment went very well. Mary was always very helpful, always responding very quickly. The location is very practical, with many shops, restaurants, metro and cafes nearby. It was a pity there was no vacuum in the apartment. We asked Mary for one but for some reason, the request was denied. With a 2-year-old, it was difficult to keep the site impeccable.

My stay here was very easy and comfortable! The host is very responsive and accommodating, and everything was as in the pictures. The bed is very comfortable too!

We found a place we will definitely return to when we visit Montreal again. The condo was easy to find, free (covered) parking was a plus, and the space was immaculate and spacious. Great food, local attractions, and so many things to do are walkable from the condo or a short uber ride away. We felt safe and comfortable in the space and the hosts were responsive and attentive. You will not regret booking!

We felt good in this ideal accommodation for visiting Montreal and its surroundings. Small park for children 2 steps from the house. Everything you need was there. Clean, spacious for 5 people and a baby. Very comfortable. Small downside for the wifi that didn't work for us. But it's nothing compared to the qualities offered by the apartment. Big plus for the washing machine and dryer. Thank you for hosting us. I recommend this apartment.

good place, clean, quiet neighborhood. it would be missing dishes, a little light for a family. very nice bedding. the amenities and furniture are in good condition. we had a nice stay!

Alvin's place is a wonderful refuge, so private and peaceful. The kitchen was great, and the whole place was so comfortable, we felt right at home. We are so grateful to Alvin for sharing his place with us! It was a bitterly cold winter's night when we stayed, so we weren't brave enough to try the hot tub, but we hope to get another try!

The house was exactly as advertised. It is spacious and clean and perfect. Loved the neighborhood with a short walk to the lake. Was great to walk the dog around there also and the huge backyard was nice. Very private with only neighbors on one side. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely be back.

Pattie's home was very comfortable and cozy. Loved having the crib for our little one. The house is very easy to find and convenient to grocery and restaurants. We were in the area for a family wedding. It was so was nice to be able to have a place to visit with a few family members. Pattie was very pleasant to communicate with. The house was clean and homey. Next time in the area we will be looking to Pattie again.

Lupita’s place was a great stay. The location was perfect. Due to snow and beyond the hosts control made it difficult to find the condo. Parking is zoned but it worked out. Nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

The host was accommodating and available even though we were delayed in our check-in they met us and walked us through the space. Will definitely book again when I'm in the area

You need to put a mat or some me type of surface in the bath tub since you can easily fall. Also a TV in the bedroom

My family and I had a great stay here. The place was clean and as described. A short walk from a metro station with a few shops and restaurants nearby.

We felt at home in this comfortable condo. It was as represented on the website. Joe and Penny were very helpful with information. They give immediate feedback to any questions we had. Our visit was in the winter, and we didn't have to worry about snow removal, it was all taken care of, and our car was parked in a carport for protection. The cinnamon rolls on arrival were a welcome treat. I would highly recommend this apartment for a long or short getaway. Gary and Beth Schuett
