Vacation rentals with a balcony in Le Grau-du-Roi

The apartment is simple but well consul, with mosquito nets on all windows and a terrace that overlooks the entire village. No overlook, perfect for tranquility.

We spent a few days with the family in this apartment. Very well arranged, we felt very comfortable in this place with our 13 and 15 year olds. It is in a great location for walking around Montpellier.

Had a wonderful stay at Caroline’s home! The house is absolutely stunning and dreamy. Home was in a great location with lots to do but also felt very private. Every detail of the house was beautiful. Would certainly stay here again!

Very good location. Excellent bedding and super equipped apartment (washing machine and dishwasher). Very clean and tastefully decorated. Private parking and elevator.

Very cozy small apartment, very easy to access and communication with the host went very well. For my part, I needed to be close to the clinic located on the same street so nothing to say about this apartment, unless a slight refresh on the paint, carpet but really it's detail. I'll be back:)

The place is perfect , the house was sparkling clean . The rooms are bigger than I expected, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen, living room, balcony was magnificent . I've stayed in Montpellier a lot, and I've never seen it so perfect before. The host was the most amazing host I've ever come across manually. For future visits, I will only follow this house and stay only here. You can stay here with peace of mind without hesitation. Very good accommodation, Lidl is a 6-minute walk away and there is bus line 14 to reach the tramway. There are plenty of games for children, it's cool. There is a high chair and a baby cot, it was great.
