The place is perfect for a single person (or if you don't mind sleeping 2 in a double bed). It's renovated and has good tastes. To get there, feel free to call Jean-Noël when you arrive near the premises, because the map provided leads to the wrong street. With her help, I figured it out. The coastline that leads to the house is very peculiar. But the car goes up there well. The view of the Caribbean Sea just across the front door is sublime. We sleep to the sound of locusts, the sound of the waves and the wind. Jean-Noël's wife came to greet me when she arrived a little after me. Both are friendly, easy to talk. The only negative point I found was the smell of products (chemical or cleaning??) in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. But it doesn't smell in the space if you don't open it.

We had a wonderful time at Anne's place. The apartment, quiet and perfectly clean, is ideally located for discovering the north of Martinique. Anne's valuable advice allowed us to make the most of our time in the area. We highly recommend and hope to be able to come back another day.

The place was fine, clean, great welcome - flowers, fruit. Attention during the stay as well. Replenishment of dishes as needed. Kind and welcoming, information after check-in about the neighborhood and shopping options. We can recommend.

We spent 5 weeks for work at Dominik's home. It went very well. Dominik is attentive and very attentive. The listing is located in the heights, and has a lovely view. I highly recommend it.

The location is excellent just 5 minutes walk to a quiet beach with 2 restaurants, it is quickly reached from the airport and there are many areas to visit if you have a car. The house is functional and properly equipped for a family of 4 people, the terrace is covered and the price-quality ratio seemed very good to me. We stayed over time in Martinique in hotel locations that offered about the same thing at a price of 2-3 times higher.

We enjoyed our stay at Patrick and Léa's place. The accommodation is spacious, well-equipped, very clean, comfortable bedding, a large shaded terrace overlooking the garden and the small birds that accompany us for breakfast: pure happiness. Well located and quiet place on the heights of Ste-Luce. Thank you to our hosts for the breakfast on arrival, the bouquet of flowers, the fruit of the orchards, as well as the good advice and information from Patrick who is at our disposal. Very good time spent - Proximity to the beach very pleasant for sunset, the beautiful caravel peninsula, nearby amenities by car... A simple and very pleasant villa ground floor in every way. As a bonus, a warm, discreet and accommodating welcome from our host. Thank you Emmanuel.

Very good stay with Jean Louis . The accommodation is very well equipped especially as we were traveling with a baby. Jean Louis is very welcoming, I'd recommend it without a second thought.

The villa was very well appointed with everything you could possibly need during a visit. The views were fantastic and the location was very quiet and secure. I would highly recommend this property for anyone with a family wanting to visit Martinique! The pool was where our kids spent 80% of each day and there were a lot of pool toys for them to play with.

Couple stay very discreet and quiet perfect small pool, outdoor shower, plancha, kitchen and bedroom directly overlooking the private pool, clean and spacious bathroom, big screen beamer in the Netflix room available, clean decoration of essential oil stick, fruit basket and punch in the fridge on the day of arrival we highly recommend this accommodation a small paradise with a visit from Mr. Hummingbird who comes by to greet you in the morning. David was extremely helpful with assistance to plan our visit before arrival, and was very responsive to any questions we had. The Villa was well appointed, clean and afforded ample living space for our family of 5. Our teenage boys were super happy to their own bedroom and bathroom. The outdoor living space was wonderful, featuring the infinity pool, dart board, large table, lounge chairs, sofas and large TV for nighttime movies. We always felt safe and any neighbourhood sound was warm and enjoyable. The location was excellent, with easy and quick access to all amenities. A car is necessary, and David has 3 parking spots right in front of the villa. A wonderful stay, thank you!

Charming villa, functional and calm. The rooms are spacious, the pool is very nice. The owner is very responsive if you need anything else. We had a great time.

Very nice location of the accommodation to be able to visit all the tourist attractions of this beautiful island. The beach equipment provided was very useful and very appreciated, several spare towels also available. Very nice sea view from the terrace, which makes the meal very pleasant and also possibility to sunbathe while staying in the comfort of your home 😊
