Very well located apartment, 2 steps from the sea bors and the shops of Le Moulleau. Clean and well laid out. The balcony is 1 real plus like the private parking space. Louis was very accommodating with check in and check out time. The downside is in the bedroom: the mattress is very soft and you can hear everything going on down the street (shops and discussions of passersby) but the rest of the apartment is better isolated in terms of noise.

We had a wonderful stay in Paul’s apartment. Great communication, easy to find, proximity to the beach and a parking space a definite positive aspect. The space was clean and simply decorated. Thank you!

The apartment is very functional, combining the charm of the old with modernity. It is perfectly equipped and decorated with taste. A 10-minute walk from the shopping streets, in the very quiet environment of the Winter City. Accommodation suitable for 2 people. The beach and the city center are within walking distance. The residence is quiet and the room is positioned on the parking side so quiet. Not seen host because access by key box.

We had a great time. We did not meet Dominique, but he is very responsive on the phone and is very available, accommodating and welcoming. Access to the listing is extremely simple. The accommodation is as described, very clean and very pleasant to stay in. We were able to admire fantastic sunsets from the terrace. Lots to do nearby and restaurants around. You can get everywhere on foot, by bike or by train. If there was one small criticism, it would be the noise of the traffic of cars and trains but you get used to it quickly, even on a short stay.

Very pleasant stay in this magnificent house converted into several apartments. We were at Marens. The decor is superb and modern, the bedding very comfortable and the amenities new. The apartment is close to shops. The hosting was managed by Léa who is very friendly and available.

Quiet residence with private access to the beach. Bright, clean and functional apartment. Comfortable bedding. Full amenities at the kitchen and bathroom level. balconies on living room and bedroom. Bakery 2 min away and excellent restaurants nearby. Apartment within walking distance in 15 min from the train station and 10 min from the city center. Parking space is available.

Quiet stay that did a lot of good to break the daily routine. Atypical and very cocooning accommodation shared with my son. We enjoyed the jacuzzi by following the usage information provided, which is nice when you don't know. A guide to visiting Bordeaux was available, and allowed us to visit 2 neighborhoods we wanted to see. We had the company of a little dog who invited himself during the preparation of the meal. The subdivision is really quiet and peaceful. And the sun brought an extra positive note. Thank you for this beautiful service.
