Located right in the center of old Antibes, this charming duplex has on the ground floor a sitting-room, an open well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with 160x200 bed and a bathroom with bathtub/shower, sink and toilets and on the first floor the entrance to the terrace and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Very good situation, no need of a care. 950 m from the Palais du Festival, 650 m from the train station, 800 m from beaches. Free parking place in the basement garage.

Studio in private house.

We rent a small studio with independent access, in our house. Guests can park in a parking lot above the property. We are used to access but it may be astonishing when you are not from the Mentonnaise region (slope and stairs in photos). You will arrive in this little corner of heaven a little secluded welcomed by a magnificent sea view and our affectionate dog "Joe" who remains the caretaker of the place, we also accept your pet.
