Vacation rentals with a patio in Le Boulou

Nicolas flat is exactly as described. There are 50 steps to walk up to the flat which seems a lot when you’re bringing your luggage in. It has a fantastic terrace with views to the sea. It has all the equipment you could need for your stay and also has free Wi-Fi. I’d recommend.

I was looking for a stay in the area since it's close to what I needed on the trip but at the same time a little far away to be able to rest. The house is super cozy and has everything we could need and a little more, everything is very clean and tidy. Virginie was responsive and decisive at all times. We'll be back for sure!!!

clean apartment and located 2 minutes max walk from the beach. there are several bars restaurants , pizza, caterer...... there were several entertainment on the beach during our stay. Listing is as described, clean and well arranged . We only missed a fan for the night because it was very hot. Kristen welcomed us very warmly and was available. i recommend this place.

We liked the apartment. The amenities are very good, everything we needed during our multi-day stay (e.g. Coffee maker, several towels and hair dryer). If you have any questions, we were always able to reach out, the answers were always very quick.

Excellent 2-storey apartment, with everything you need. As indicated in the photos and in the description. A terrace that on less cold days will be a wonder to be able to enjoy it. It is recently renovated, everything is new, very nice, very well cared for the details, it makes you feel at home. Samuel is very friendly, quick response and very good willingness.

Had a fantastic experience while staying at this place. You have everything you need, the apartment is spacious yet cozy. The view from the terrace on Colera and the sea is extremely lovely and was always a reason to have breakfast-lunch-dinner there. Thank you Neus for being helpful and always there for us in times when we needed something. Great memories!

Matthieu place was very nice. We had everything we needed to stay two weeks. Matthieu and his Mum were very welcoming and helpful at all the time. We love the area and the fact that it only take 10 min drive to the beach which is beautiful. We will definitely come back. We highly recommend the place and the area. Antonia’s house is wonderful! We had an amazing one week stay at Antonia’s and even extended it for two more days because it was so great. She was very kind to advise us on local services and throughout the stay she was always very helpful and responding immediately to our messages. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures, located in a picturesque and quiet street. Supermarket, stores, restaurants, plazas are all walking distance while the beach is only a bike/ bus ride away. Thank you Antonia and Amanda for a lovely stay, we will definitely come back!

Brilliant apartment in an excellent location. We stayed for a month and it had everything you could need for a good holiday, comfortable beds, really quiet even when there were live bands on in the town and never had a problem with parking. Only thing that let it down slightly was the WiFi which wasn't great for video calls in our laptops. despite this, it was still a great stay. Wendy was a great host.

I was super good at Francis's place! It is a house that has recently renovated his own mind and with great pleasure! It is in a very quiet village! An hour from the spring romeu perfect for skiing and being quieter when not! It was all very clean and very tidy!!! Thank you for being able to come to your home!!

Very nice apartment (stay 1 week at the end of September) with a very nice terrace and plancha. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with all utensils, dishes and cleaner available Good location, 5 minutes from the Vendres sports CV (2 minutes from the Lidl), and 25 minutes from Collioure on foot + bus stop (€1) 2 minutes to Banyuls or Perpignan Patrick was kind enough to get us back to the accommodation early, when we arrived in the morning by night train

Very nice accommodation, with the city of Collioure which is very nice to visit. The apartment is convenient and well laid out, and everything is within walking distance.
